My vendor recommended choosing these guys but it ended the WORST possible way: the server was deleted due to THEIR process error!

I opened an RDP server with Zain Hosting and opted for autopayment. Everything went well in the first 4 weeks till payment time. I started wondering why I am not able to log into my server. Then I opened a ticket and I was told that I haven't paid my invoice. My invoice was due Oct 1st and it was 5pm Oct 1st (in Canada) when I was discussing with them. I told them how come the payment wasn't processed because they had my credit card details. Their customer service told that my payment was due on the last day of September. Then I replied that I have an invoice showing that it is Oct 1st and regardless they have my credit card details and right to keep billing me till I cancel my subscription. The payment went through automatically on Oct 1st (a few hours before my call) but before that their technical team already removed the server and they are not able to recover it!!

This was a completely ridiculous episode and I cannot recommend their service. They offered me one free month but how would I have faith to continue with them if this can happen again. Now I have several hours of work to get to the point I was on two days ago.

I like their service. Very fast activation. Also cheap at $0.99 for starter websites. They have live chat, ticket, email, and whatsapp customer support. They also keep their cPanel up to date. I am very satisfied. They also helped me with issue on OAuth2.0 on my website.

I am using their RDP server and a starter web hosting plan, both services are going fine without any issues, billing and support team is friendly, have not faced any issue yet.

And they offer Crypto (Bitcoin+Altcoins) payment which convinces me they will be around for a long time! When Fiat collapses you might get problems with other hoster.
