We waited about 40 minutes to be be picked up at the airport. However, we were comped for the parking so we are satisfied.

I was very pleased at the prompt pick up at the airport and I found my car running with the air conditioner on which was fabulous because it was midnight and 90°. Thank you so much for for keeping my car clean and safe for 6 weeks. I was greeted at the airport by a friendly man at midnight as well as checking in at your facility the woman couldn’t have been nicer. I will certainly come again. Thank you

Outstanding customer service and great rates

I nave parked in this business before. I was happy with the reservation via your website and the emails with the details
But then when I arrived I was given a stub of paper
When I returned from my trip I called to have someone pick us up at the airport. I had to find this stupid stub to retrieve my car instead of just giving the reservation number in the email.
A paper stub. How old fashioned. I find it easier to find my phone than a stupid piece of paper

always easy to park here. one thing to know is it is much cheaper to park if you have a reservation ($8.95 vs $12.95)

Easy, reliable !!

Reserved 1st time online.Didn't know about self park. Was told park yourself and take your key.Parking spaces were very tight, couldn't open my door all the way. When I returned, I waited for a shuttle 20 minutes before I found that I had to call for one Price was reasonable, but not worth it. I'll go back to the competition..

Been coming to z parking for a few years.
My plans changed to an extra 2 days. I was told by a young lady that it would only be 7.95 more. When I checked out at the end of my trip, I was charged double. They could have been fair and charged me the week rate.

Dropped the car in self park and went on our trip with no worries about our vehicle. Z Parking made it simple.

We’ve used Z-park a number of times now and it’s an all around great experience! It’s the only place we’ll park when flying out of Bradley.

I always use Z parking when flying out of Bradley international Hartford. The staff is polite and courteous and the transport shuttle is fast.

Going it was good coming back I was disappointed that the van was not wheelchair adaptive had to make two trips

1st time using this place. In and Out and fast.
Well the driver a bit fast but I sure He will do better next time. I will recommend this place.

Good costumes service on time

Easy access, easy to make a reservation, reasonable prices, and return checkout is so fast! I always use Z Parking.

After a long delayed hectic flight and after retrieving my luggage. I summoned my ride to Z parking via my app. Twenty minutes later (it was 1145pm) the bus arrived. Arriving at the lot my car was no where to be seen. The next 30 minutes we looked for my car in the rain. Finally found it. I proceeded to the gate swiped my ticket (gate usually opens) it was asking me for an additional $38.00. Before leaving I prepaid for 13 days and used only 11 days. Went back in to office where it took another 20 minutes to figure out what happened. The gates couldn’t be open because the computer was down? Which means I never got an answer why they were requesting more money. Finally the driver let me out in front of the bus. From the time I requested pickup and the time I finally got to leave was an hour and 20 minutes. Way to long at 1145 pm.
