Fake, fake, fake. Bought glass earrings which never arrived. Great customer service who were so apologetic and friendly but never actually gave any details.

Don’t buy from outwardly.com
I saw an advertising that outwardly has eye lash on sale for $17. I purchase it and my receipt say $22. But the collected $28 from pay pal so I cancel immediately and they ignore and then told me they would give me a full refund and I could keep the item. The refund $6 and give me false tracking number. Stay away from these people.

AVOID!
Order placed with wrong product delivered (deceiving informations on site acknowledged by the owner), initial contact by email (hence the name of the owner) but afterwards the product was returned and NO MORE RESPONSE, STILL WAITING FOR A REFUND… No physical store, no functional telephone number, no email response if it doesn’t suite the owner, just think about it…
As all the other genuine reviews have already stated it, this site (maybe with some exception transactions) is a scam, don’t make the same mistake and AVOID IT!
As for my part, despite a relatively low amount, legal action is considered by principle.
P.S. the so called dutch site guaranteeing a qulity mark is not responding either, go figure why they are ‘’working’’ together…
