Bad customer service
I contacted the customer service to inquire about my order. But all I got was a pure assumption, that my order will be arriving the next, and the next day till the day I was needing it, it never came. According to the Swiss Post the address was not given correctly. I contacted zalando again and again at least 4 to 5 emails exchange, but none of these Representatives are interested to follow up and verifying the actuals case.
I am traumatized to place a order, but with this review publish. I hope a review and action must be made.
It is so heartbreaking, disappointing to experience that sort of case. I would strongly hope that my case will be given a study case to educate or completely remove any representatives who are not interested in doing their job.
