Refund issue

I cancelled 2 orders and received refund confirmation on Oct. 4, but still haven’t received the payment. According to my bank, the merchant hasn’t confirmed the status of my transactions.
I contacted customer care several times, asking to clarify it with the payment team (correspondence with the bank attached), bcs all my refunds to this bank always took up to 2 days.
Each time I received identical template responses, that transaction can take up to 30 days depending on the bank.
Please finally check both transactions!

I've made 3 orders so far and never had an issue

I've made 3 orders so far, one item had to be returned because it didn't quite fit me when it comes to size, so far didn't have any issues that I see in some other reviews, so I decided to make a positive review because everything went as expected and I didn't encounter any issues.

Neglect and censorship

I love to shop with zalando, this time traveling to Latvia I placed an order too, to my profound disappointment the sneakers came in box which belonged to different shoes, packaging was different, moreover the quality was deteriorated, as if I got the return from the previous client. I expressed my dissatisfaction to customer service and my comment was ignored and deleted.

I'm satisfied 😌

Im ordered three times and all was perfect. Very good quality,sizes and quick delivery. 👌 😊
Only minus-I don't know how but I losing my account, and customer service sucks in this,there is only automatic response and page have errors.

VOID between user experience and support

There's a huge void between the user experience while shopping and the way they organise their delivery.

You order an item, and at that point it becomes the responsibility of the delivery partner. As if Zalando says, well if they mess up - that's not our fault. But the truth of the matter is- it is, because you're selecting the delivery partner on behalf of your customer and then forcing it upon them with every purchase. I mean come on - you are a German company. Choose DHL for gods sake, or at the least offer the customer the possibility to choose a delivery partner form a list of partners, even if it is for money. Because then there is no one else I can blame for the choice but me, and i can speak to the forwarder directly by phone, instead of pushing online paper, not knowing if it ever will be read and if i will get my package anytime soon..
