Waited a couple of days more than expected and panicked when I saw some of these reviews...no need.
After ringing the FREE helpline number was informed (by a very patient and helpful man) that delivery was due next day and sure enough it arrived.
Exactly as I'd ordered (Adidas trainers) at a much lower cost than on the High Street where had all sold out of my size. Free delivery, well packaged - what more can you ask?!!
So overall I am delighted, would recommend and will definitely be using Zalando in future. Many Thanks.

Have purchased from Zalando several times. Great prices and product selection with good discount codes available if you look around. Only downside is their courier company. They use Hermes in the UK which is known to be notoriously bad for losing packages and deceitful in saying packages have arrived when they have not to cover their backs!! Change this company to a more reputable one and its full marks!!!
