Delivery time longer than their policy
On the contrary of their FAQ section, on the phone I was told that I have to wait 4-6 weeks for my order to be delivered. Order cancelled.
This company has the worst customer…
This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We ordered a palmrest from them and did not receive the part or even get a notification that it was back ordered. We called and canceled the order. We continued to send emails to their customer service because we never got our refund. Then 10 days later we got a notification that they drop shipped part from Asus and that we owe $150 more for customs fees. That is more than the part even cost. They said they are holding our part until we paid that fee. We explained that we already canceled the order 10 days ago. We now sit 2 months from the order with no part and no refund. Tony is the customer service rep we had the displeasure of dealing with.

I ordered new speakers for my ASUS ROG G751 laptop on 6th July this year and never received them... I sent an email to Zand Parts' customer service to let me know about the ETA. They only replied that cannot provide me with ETA of my order...
I don't recommend them. Don't waste your money...
Terrible customer service, slow to ship, can't provide delivery estimates
I had two terrible experiences with this company:
- My initial order was made on January 25th, 2025
- 4 weeks after the order I contacted ZandParts support who informed me that the FAQ on their webpage is incorrect and Samsung parts actually take 2-4 weeks, (instead of 1-3 weeks as stated) and to please wait a little longer. Oh, and for that extra bad customer service, they also insisted that THEY HAD NO WAY TO CONTACT SAMSUNG TO CONFIRM THE ORDER STATUS. I find this impossible to believe, and I'm convinced this is an outright lie.
The discrepancy on their FAQ page STILL has not been corrected. I suppose it is convenient to have customers believe that their delivery times are much better than they actually are...
- 2 weeks later I contacted support again, and insisted they check on the order. At this point 6 WEEKS after placing the order, I was told the part was no longer in stock at Samsung. (see? they CAN check with suppliers after all!) Issuing a refund and reordering was the only option provided.
- Their support team provided links to parts that I could order, AND THEY WERE THE SAME PARTS THEY JUST TOLD ME WERE OUT OF STOCK. I asked the representative to please confirm if the parts were actually in stock. They flat out refused to do this and told me just to order the replacement.
- My replacement order was placed on March 11th, 2025.
- Another SIX WEEKS after the second order was placed, I once again contacted their support team and was again told that ZandParts still does not have a delivery date, and again, that they have no way of contacting the supplier to confirm the delivery time. I was only provided with the option to cancel the order, which I did.
Never again. I would recommend to anyone reading this review to think twice about ordering from this company. You will be left without a product or your money for *weeks*, with no support or communication from ZandParts. This is a terrible company who simply can't deliver a product, and with outrageously sub-par customer service. They should not be in business *at all*.

Great Company
Before to make an order from this company i read the reviews and i was shocked, i say to my self no way to order from this company, after deep research i start changing my mind, the web page is so professional and very good prices and i say to my self lets try. I make my order with big stress and i was waiting to see the results. My package start have some issues as it was a battery and battery is consider as dangerous goods, so this time i start to contact the support with cold sweat that i lost my money. To my great surprise they answer back immediately.
Long story short i have the best help and support from Mr Ali that i thank him so much and they refund my money back. Many people must stop destroyed company's with a bad reviews before to give a chance to the support to do his job. I really recommend this company and i don't have anything to do with this company i am leaving thousand miles far from Sweden in Cyprus.

I ordered a webcam for an Asus laptop. They didn't give any details for a month after payment. Then they said they sent the package. I received a notification from UPS without a completed address. I was unable to complete the information on my own. The package flew back to the sender. I have requested a refund, but I am sure it is all a scam and I will get nothing.
I think it is necessary to file a class action lawsuit against this “company”.

Me and friend ordered parts to fix a laptop and order parts from this website. Order was delayed twice and had to wait more than a month, requested refund and still waiting for the refund. I don't recommend this website if you want to buy parts, would suggest searching other places.

To revive the monitor, I found out zand parts while looking for parts around the world. I asked if I could buy the parts I was looking for just in case and received a positive response. I was very grateful to receive a few replies and recently received a response that the parts would be available for purchase

I am the proud owner of an asus vivobook pro 14x. A great machine for my personal purpose. Runs linux like a charm.
Recently this laptop decided to start abandoning some keys. At first just the right arrow key, the some others started behaving weird. Since I was long out of warranty and a machine which fits my profile was nowhere to be seen I decided to try to fix it on my own. And asusparts.eu (which is zandparts.com) were the only one who offered the topcase, which includes the keyboard.
When I ordered it I wasn't aware that they had to source this topcase in asia. Which at first was a bit demotivating since in the times of amazon one day delivery having to wait for a part is something I wasn't used to. But then it occured to me that the very simple fact that there is a company that is willing to go the extra (10000) miles to source a product for me from around the globe is nothing short of amazing.
Two weeks later I had this topcase at home and after a couple of hours taking my laptop apart and building it together again with the new keyboard the machine runs again like on day one.
I am currently typing this text on the new keyboard.
So all in all I am very happy that this company exists and knows how to source and provide parts for laptops even if these are a bit out of the normal lifecycle. Thanks for a great service!

Ordered items that were in stock and means nothing
Ordered items that were in stock. And got delayed for more than a month. Ordered in September few parts, now is November and have no updates about the status of my order, and they didn't responded on my previous email, today I wrote another...
Its less about the time to wait is mostly about transparency issue.
Edit: finally received the order, but had to ping them few times and no estimations at all.
