My new go-to company for stickers.
Have used Zap Creatives several times this year and have been very pleased with the results and their customer service. I've had stickers, wooden pins and wooden charms (which were used as Christmas decorations) made by Zap and all of them have reproduced my artwork nicely and been very good quality.

Really great service! They are understanding and so so kind to every newcomer. Also, have a fast and reliable proofing team and never cease to amaze with the quality.

Great communication with the team at Zap Creatives who helped me set up my designs. The iridescent stickers are beautiful (even better than imagined!) and I got a couple extra sample stickers, which is a nice surprise and means I can get them to friends who've been coveting them before my next order comes in!

I've ordered with Zap a few times now, All the charms I've had have been great and what I've asked for.

Excellent quality products and always outstanding customer service. I recently asked if it was possible to have something made which wasn't on the website, and they quickly offered to make a custom order for me, which I thought was really kind. The end product turned out even better than expected! I never hesitate to recommended this company to anyone interested.

Ordered some business stickers with my logo on. Was given updates and they arrived quickly. The stickers themselves were fab quality.

Had a few orders from zap creatives so far a few for stickers and a couple for charms. I really like the charms as they are something different and they sell really well in my store as necklaces or keyrings. Stickers are good quality too. There are some good deals to be had if you sign up to the mailing list and keep checking the website. I usually order when there is a deal on.

Used Zap for some wooden keyrings. They got in touch with a digital proof first, which I asked for alterations on - this was done quickly with no issues. They kept me updated on every stage, and I was very happy with the finished product when it arrived.

I've used Zap Creatives for both wooden pins and also vinyl stickers and I'm so happy with the quality and the speed they work too. I'll be using Zap a lot for my small business and I'm so glad I found them

Ordered wooden keychains and they got shipped within 2 weeks even though they said it could take up to 6 weeks ( to the EU)

They inform you step by step from the approvement mail until the shipment.

Will order there again for sure!

Good communication and good products (have ordered sticker sheets, wooden pins, charms and keyrings over past couple of years). Have always found customer service and design teams very helpful and prompt. Only once did I receive incorrect split quantities and they immediately rectified the issue. Will continue to use Zap Creatives as my main manufacturers.

I ordered some stickers and keychains a while back for my shop, and I was very satisfied with the product! The colours came out bright as I had hoped, and the stickers seem very durable!

I've worked with the folks at Zap! on nine different orders so far, and all have been an easy process, and produced truly stunning stuff. Their tutorials for artwork setup are really helpful, and their artwork setup services have been a life-saver since I switched from Photoshop to Clip Studio.
I most recently ordered samples for a design with their eco-metal pins, and these have blown me away. The quality is apparent and has helped massively in marketing the pre-orders for the full pin set. And I love that their pins give an alternative to enamel pins, wherein the best manufacturers tend to be something of a closely guarded secret.

The guidance, service and communication were excellent throughout. The variety and quality of products they offer is amazing. I'll certainly be placing another order very soon.
