I ordered glossy stickers from Zap and they were amazing. They were cleanly cut and printed well too especially. The stickers they sell are definitely a great deal for the quality that you get from them especially if you’re not in a time crunch. Production and shipping can take up to a month which is pretty long compared to other sticker makers but zap by far has the best deal.

I ordered some 40mm acrylic pins; the customer service was fast and nice, the packaging is awesome and the pins came out super good!

I've been using Zap Creatives for half a year now and I love how they make their charms out of recycled acrylic. The quality is amazing and their colors are vibrant. I also love getting my charms with the thinnest border size, so I think they're perfect! They also run sales on acrylic charms often, so I've been happy with them.

Zap is great! This is my second order with them now -- each time with clear custom acrylic charms. I ordered a sample charm to ensure good quality and received two additional charms in my delivery! The production time was as listed, but the quickest estimate possible in their range (10 days in their 10-15 day estimate)! The shipping took slightly longer due to the holidays, but I am more than satisfied with my charm (+2 complimentary) and will absolutely be working with Zap again!

I wouldn't order custom charms from anywhere else! I love the choice of available surfaces. I only wish they offered different thicknesses of acrylic, that would be great.

Excellent Quality! I bought the 35mm Acrylic pins with 2 of my custom designs. Production is a little slow but I rather wait slightly longer for amazing quality, definitely exceeded my expectations!!

Very fast production and shipping and the product is great! I totally recommend this and I will of course make more orders with them!

The quality of the products themselves are very nice, I appreciate the easy of order. The customer support team is also very cooperative. The only reason I haven’t given 5 stars is that there were production order issues that caused a large delay in shipping time, which led to a snowball effect in my own preorder and shipping schedules.

I didn't have any problems at all and all my charms have arrived in a good condition! Everything i ordered there was perfect and i have no complaints about anything.

The hole on the charms were a bit small and the designs themselves seem to have a bit of a see through transparency that is really bothering me

Perfect is the only word I would use to describe these charms! I ordered the sample and was expecting only one charm, instead they send me 3 to ensure that I received a flawless product. All 3 charms look fantastic, the colours pop and the cuts are smooth. Will definitely be ordering a larger batch to sell at conventions. The entire design process was quick and easy - their team is extremely responsive via email and answered any questions I had. Great experience!

I loved my keychains I ordered from them! They did take awhile to get here, but I expected that because of international shipping. There was a small error in the printing, but that was my fault, not theirs.

All in all, great experience!

This is my second time ordering with them and it went just as well this time! I had a few printing issues (my fault, the file had mistakes I missed) the first time that I fixed and the keychains turned out great!! I'm really happy with them!

I think it's cool that you can make part semi transparent!

I also really love that with the test one you order they include two extras!!

Overall I'm very pleased with the quality! I'll definitely be ordering a bigger batch to sell now that I know it'll turn out just the way I like it!

Ordered a sample double-sided acrylic charm - the customer service was helpful and responded within 24 hours. The charm came within the expected time frame. I just go the charm today and I am very happy! The colors are clear and bright. I only have a mild criticism once side is a little lighter/less saturated on one side - still will order from Zap again for more charms to sell at conventions! Overall happy with the quality.

Zap Creatives is an amazing company to go to for acrylic charms! I have done 4 orders through Zap Creatives for acrylic charms and have never been disappointed. The charms are of high quality and makes me and my customers happy. I also really like the fact that they have been moving towards being environmentally friendly with everything they make and package. A great company to work with.

I’ve ordered several products from Zap! and I have loved every item! I even got sent extras with each order!

I have been fortunate to work with Vograce (Chinese), Player One (Mexico) and Zap! (england).

As Mexican, Player One it´s my first choice when it is an urgent order, but the the quality of the keychains of Zap! and Vograce is 100 times higher. The Zap keychains! are expensive and the production time is slower compared to the Chinese, and not include the ring/accessory, which is a disadvantage. But for the type of different and unique materials they handle, in addition to the quality of the impression, they are worth it the price.

The customer service with Zap! is 10/10 👌✨. It is super easy to communicate with them. When something happens, they always let me know and seek to solve the problem without being asked. That's why I always come back with them and ask for more keychains! .

My favorite keychains are the ones that glow in the Dark, I have already Order these keychains with them like 4 timesand I'm going for the fifth. I love how they shine when I turn off the light. It is a very new product, I like the quality of the print and the sizes they handle are very comfortable. As the acrylic is not very thick it is very easy to put the accessory to the key chains

I highly recommend Zap for non-urgent orders where you want unique things, like for wooden keychains or with different acrylic materials
