First round went very well.

First round was 10+ weeks ago. Going back for round 2 tomorrow. It’s very painful but worth it.
It like receiving mini whippings in a very small area, but extremely hard. Or like receiving drops of boiling oil lol. Very painful but it’s very short. My tattoo was 15cm high, 5cm wide and it lasted one minute total.

After 2-3 weeks the itchiness went away. Now the tattoo is pale brown.

I just like that they were open with their pricing with me. I could discuss everything with the technician.

Dan at Zapp is so professional and caring. And, Daisy, the receptionist at Bristol is a delight to welcome you into the studio. Just had my second lazer tattoo treatment (Georgia) and although this tattoo seems to be stubborn to go, at least this time I have no smell of burning flesh as I did with a previous clinic that I attended. Keep up great customer service! Getting to know customers is how you'll continue to thrive!

Thank goodness I found Louise at Zapp Laser Studio! I'd had my eyebrows micro-bladed and they were absolutely dreadful, I was devastated.
Louise completely understood how I felt. She explained everything to me at my consultation and I wasn't the least be nervous. I was immediately very happy with the results. She is expert at what she does and is also a lovely lady. Thank You Louise.

I came to the studio for laser tattoo removal over a year ago and now my stupid tattoos are now gone !

From start to finish my experience was first class……..first after my enquires about any possible treatment for the brown spots on my hand and chest (age spots or whatever you want to call them little blighters) and the distance I lived from the nearest studio, hence didn’t want to travel just to have a discussion. I was advised to send some photographs after which Dan sent me a video where he explained the treatment advised and I had the opportunity to ask questions face to face which was very reassuring 😁 Recently had the treatment with Rhona who explained the procedure (not painful) and carried it out with a smile and a chat about all sorts whilst doing so.
Month on and the brown spots on my hand and chest are no more 🤗

My experience at Zapp Laser Clinic, thus far, has been nothing short of exemplary. Having met and been treated by both Dan and Rhona within the past two weeks, I couldn't be happier with the level of care and professionalism provided. They have done an excellent job of making me feel comfortable and confident in their hands, after having received disgraceful service elsewhere.

Their conveniently located studio is well-equipped and well-presented. Prices are fair, and they are both friendly and knowledgable, which creates a remarkably good atmosphere.
