Very impressive service. Shoes arrived quickly to Sweden, I initially bought the wrong size, thankfully had only worn them in the house, got a refund, no problem.

My next shoes were the right size and so comfortable! Right now it is still too warm to wear them as they are winter shoes but I can tell they will keep my feet warm and have great grip. The quality of craftsmanship is also very high.

The shoes are beautifully made and were delivered quickly. I'm looking forward to wearing them!

Terrible... I received my shoes, they didn't look like the pictures at all. I tried them on and the size is waaay off, I ordered a bigger size than I normally get and they seem about 2 sizes too small.
I tried to get in touch with them to return my shoes and there was no answer.
Seems like a scam to me

I really wish these were good but they're not. Size guide is way out, leather looks cheap and the soles are way too thick and spongy for barefoot shoes. Waaaaay too expensive for the quality of shoe that you get.

P.S. I didnt keep my shoes. I sent them back.

I have three different styles of ZAQQ barefoot, one leather boot fur lined which I use when visiting the UK, one slipper style for around the house, and a pair of hiking boots which I wear most days. I love them all yet was disappointed to feel that my boots had worn out before their time. When I emailed them and sent photographs ZAQQ asked me to send them back. They have been repaired and I am now back in the in mountains wearing my comfy boots.

Simply excellent! Started a new job which requires dress shoes, and was worried I would have to use "normal" shoes after a decade using barefoot shoes, as it's almost impossible to find Oxford shoes with barefoot design. Found Zaqq by chance and after 1 week I am amazed - my shoes are elegant (like required by my employer) but still super comfortable. Even after long days, my feet are happy. I was also surprised by the build quality and small details at this price point.

After several orders, returns and now contact with support, I can award full five stars rating. Sure, the returns process is a bit more complicated than with others, but it works.

Tip: If possible, the size can be blocked directly when changing sizes in the process of a return. I have already had the case where the last size of the model was out of stock in the meantime and I then had to choose an alternative colour. However, when I registered the return, the preferred colour was still available in the new size.

The quality of the shoes is great and they all last a long time. When I contacted support, I was also helped quickly and a suitable solution was found through dialogue.

They sent the wrong color shoes and they wouldn't pay for the return themselves, saying that the problem was on the color resolution on my screen when purchasing (I took plenty of pictures, for anyone interested). Make sure you check ALL the pictures on the product, as you might find "the right color" in picture number 6 (even if the invoice also looks like the first picture and the one you think you are ordering)

I called several times and they were unhelpful and kind of rude.

I also scalated the issue to PayPal since they kept on giving me excuses, but I that didn't get anywhere either... At least I got a full return.

So now I don't have new winter boots and there's over 20€ less in my bank account from the shipping costs.

I would advice anyone interested on their shoes to buy them through some local shop, at least you won't be minus in your bank account if they make a mistake.

ZAQQ customer service is one of the worst I have seen in Europe. It is no coincidence that every time I've had a bad experience with a company here, the company is from Germany. Want to exchange a new pair I recently brought from them, the site does not recognize my order number, the contact phone number listed in their website does not work, I have sent 4 contact forms detailing the problem and I still have not heard a word back from ZAQQ. Since it's been several days of no acknowledgement from ZAQQ's side, I'm taking this to the European Consumer Centre for resolution.

These shoes are masterfully made and very beautiful. They fit comfortably. There are very few barefoot dress shoes on the market, and ZAQQ is the best I've found.

I've bought a pair of waterproof boots from Zaqq after a good first purchase experience of a pair of flats. They arrived quickly and are super comfortable. However, after barely 3 weeks of use the right shoes started taking water. After looking closely at it, I notice that the outsole was coming off, hence why the water was coming inside. I immediately tried to reach their customer service, and they are not responding. I've sent 4 emails, and tried to reach them on Instagram : complete silence. Now that I'm reading their bad reviews, I wish I'd keep my 170€ to spend it on another brand, because I feel like I will never get a reply nor a satisfying customer service. Stay away from this brand !! Bad customer service is very shady, and a brand that doesn't care about its customers is clearly suspicious and not worth spending money to. DON'T BUY FROM ZAQQ

The shoes came too large. I sent them back to Germany at my own expense, with drawings of my feet to get the size right.

Customer service took weeks to respond. Emails were short, rude and dismissive.

They never sent the correct size, only issued a refund minus my 70€ shipping losses.

Worst communication I’ve had with a European business.

Leather has very poor quality: using the shoes only for several month, there were already holes in it and they were very expensive (180Euro). Do not trust the reviews on their site, e.g. my negative review was not published on their site.

These are barefoot shoes, so the sole of the shoe is very thin so that you are barefoot walking in them (this does not make them cheaply made). The materials are great quality and the shoes I purchased are great. I got the QORE Mid Deep Sea and love them.
The company (in Germany) does a great job of making sure you get the correct size (measure your feet). I don't know why people have bad things to say about these shoes other then they do not know they are barefoot shoes (you can really feel the ground well and need to walk on your mid-foot area).

This review is for my experience with the Zaqq customer service. Very considerate and professional. They contacted me before sending the shoes to let me know of the current shipping delays to Australia, and also to clarify that I understood the shoe sizing on the website converted to Australian sizes. I decided to cancel my order and re-order with them at a later date because of the delays. The refund came through in the next couple of hours. Very impressed with the service. Thank you.

I spent 180 euros on shoes that are not waterproof at all. I have never wasted so much money on one product... They never approved my review, and when I asked them about it, they stopped responding to my e-mails.
