I was extremely disappointed with the printing and quality of the Triathlon Towel I purchased for a Christmas present. Not as shown in the picture. Only positive was that it arrived quickly.

I ordered a card for my brother in New Zealand, I paid for it and they took the money. The website said it was made and delivered.. I spoke to my brother he has received nothing. It seems to take 2 weeks for the card to be made and sent let alone receive.
I tried to contact Zazzle and found it extremely painful to request a refund or just deliver the card. They have a chat bot or similar that does nothing at all, there is no email help.
VERY POOR SERVICE.

This is the third time I have ordered bible verse stickers to pop into Christmas cards. The previous two orders have worked really well. This time, the stickers arrived very promptly but were slightly misaligned, which made it difficult to read the whole text.

I ordered my wedding invitations from Zazzle. I didn't have super high expectations to be honest, however I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the paper and printing, and relatively quick delivery of 1-2 weeks. I was a little disappointed by the envelope quality, however they are still perfectly neat and functional.

The pictures on the website were glossy and beautiful. What I received was dull and the edges were white when they should've been black. Completely disappointed. Will not buy from here again.

Quick delivery, calendars well packaged and most of all calendars well made.

Really disappointing stickers. The image is fine but very poor quality stickers that don’t peel off the original backing paper well. Good job I had way more than I needed as I went through at least 10 that peeled off just as bits of paper without any stickiness. I can’t recommend this company at all.

Speed and efficiency

Great selection of products and the bespoke options were simply fantastic. The graphic and image selection was perfect. The time from order to delivery was great too.
The product i selected (metal disc keychains) were a little sharp on the edges. Fine for adults but I would be worried if I was giving this to a kid.

Fedex have still not delivered my order to my house.I am 84 housebound widowso cannot collect it 5 miles away.There have been 5 phone calls to fefex from me + 13 frim them repeating the same useless promises.zazle now tell me I have it.I DONT HAVE IT

There’s plenty of choice so it seems great for a one stop shop. The design templates are limiting and feel outdated. We ordered on the 10th and three separate deliveries later the last item arrived on 24/11. We didn’t know they’d be coming from different places - UK and USA. The different items look alike, but not the same. Quality not great - colours seem washed out compared to the website, which is the only reference. You can’t ask for samples. Cuts to the edges of the cards were frayed not clean. Shop around more. Find someone else.

My experience was straight forward with no problems what more can you ask for, I have recommended zazzle to my friends and will continue to recommend them.

The mug that I bought from Zazzle is amazing! It looks black but when you put hot water into it the outside of it turns white with the Benelli sign showing! That's a miracle of technology right there!

Quality of printing was shocking despite paying extra for better quality.

Really easy to use, well priced and came quickly.

So pleased with my 3 ordered ( photo collage plaque, photo collage card and anniversary 39 photo canvas),and they didn't disappoint. I absolutely love all, it’s brilliant!
I would highly recommend this company, and I will use the service again!
