LOVE this company. Great American customer service. I have used this Company for about 15 years and always fast and efficient service. Printing great and fast mailing service. Can't fault them in any way. All my cards and Christmas and large party invitations and accessories are brilliant. I love the design yourself service and I design all my own Birthday, Christmas and Easter cards and party invitations. I designed all my (and my husband's) 60th and 70th invitations and serviettes and many other accessories. Just fabulous. Wish I had more occasions!

I can not fault Zazzle’s after sales customer service.
My product was lost in transit. Zazzle had no hesitation in sending a replacement product, as soon as I notified them of the situation.
How I love good old fashion customer service. In my opinion Zazzle scores 11 out of 10.

Zazzle customer service is excellent with any queries I’ve had with the products I’ve ordered. Also, my recent order appears to have been mislaid in transit and without hesitation Zazzle have replaced it. I recommend Zazzle without hesitation.

I'm very impressed with the promptness and willingness of this company to look after their customers👍. My item didn't fit and they straight away offered me a replacement free of charge. Will definitely order from them again

If more companies had a similar approach to service as Zazzle does shopping would be a vastly better experience. Their service is something I've rarely seen anywhere else & they'll always be my go to whenever I want any merchandise of the type they produce - especially personalised cards.

They were amazing throughout the entire process. The website was easy to follow and getting the personalised item created was simple. Great correspondence all the way through to the delivery of the item. There was a wee chip in the mug but this has been dealt with professionally and efficiently. All sorted with full replacement. One very happy customer 😊😊

I was new to Zazzle this year. I am getting married next year and was shopping around looking at invitations. They were so expensive. My niece told me to go online and have a look. I did a google search. Zazzle was the first site I clicked on and I was so glad I did. I have now designed, ordered and received the wedding invitations, wedding Guestbook and posters. I have also designed, ordered and received Christmas cards. It was fantastic designing them. I put some really nice personal touches to the card's. The website was so easy to use, the quality was amazing, so much better than I had ever expected, delivery was prompt and the prices were fantastic. I have recommended Zazzle to all my family, friends and work colleagues. I can't wait for their feedback on my personalised cards. I made a mistake on my wedding invitations and I contacted Zazzle online, the service was second to none. I was very surprised and the response time, it was minutes and that is the truth. Go on everyone out there give it a go you will not be disappointed and it is so easy!

Been ordering off Zazzle for some time now and I'm always happy with my purchases. Stephen at Customer Support has been great recently with a little delivery issue I had (damn Covid!!). Now I have my items and they look great and I'm very happy.

I have just gotten off the phone to Martin from Zazzle and I have simply been blown away by the level of Customer Support I have just received. The experience I have had on the call just now is by far the most impressive service I have ever received from a company and I commend both Martin and Zazzle in the amazing way they are supporting their customers! Getting a number plate frame with chosen words on it is cheaper than a personalized plate. I made a mistake in size but I got a refund. Grateful thanks. Will let family and friends know about Zazzle.

Item went missing but once contacted a replacement was sent. Excellent customer service. More companies should follow your lead.

It had been going onto 4 weeks and my item was still in "transit" by Aramex. After many times I tried contacting them and submitted a complaint no one had got back to me even after it had been escalated multiple times by customer service. This was a present so I was willing to buy another one as I was that desperate. I reached out to Zazzle and asked if I was to buy the product again could they use a different courier. I receive a prompt reply from Naga who said they would organise a replacement and would send it express at no additional charge. The item just arrived 4 days later via Australia Post and I'm very happy with it.

We were very happy with the card we purchased from Zazzle. The card was of extremely good quality & was absolutely beautiful. There was nothing we could fault about it. The company were great to deal with & very easy to contact as we had a couple of special requests.

Customer service is so amazing and this is hands down the best company I have ever dealt with. They are trustworthy and stand behind their customer guarantees and this has been the best experience for me. I will continue utilising this company in the future and the speed of delivery to Australia has been faster than ordering from States within this country. Love the quality of every item I have received. Yes there has been a couple of delivery problems but was resolved and rectified in less than 12 hours which is so awesome. I am so filled with gratitude to this company for putting the capital C back into Customer service.

Customer support was excellent I was very happy with the advice I recieved concerning my parcel through track and trace and recieving email from amarax couriers here in New Zealand saying parcel was delivered which wasn't true even tho the address was right. In the end it was couriers mistake and recieved my parcel after chasing it up.customer support was quick to respond to my email and was willing to replace the item if I had no success with courier 👍
