I recently took my 2 year old black Defender to James for a detailing service. He was very informative and kept me up to date with photos and videos of the process. I took my car to Zero Boundaries in Wotton-Under-Edge for their New Vehicle Package, which included a glass coating and alloy wheel coating, and I am beyond impressed. The gloss on the car is incredible! James was fantastic; he provided a detailed video showing the condition of the car before starting and followed up with a thorough explanation of what he’d done. The whole process took just one day, exactly as he had advised. The facility was professional, and I could tell I’d made the right choice in trusting my wife's car with him. I would 100% recommend James and Zero Boundaries for anyone looking to get their new car looking flawless and protected!

I was skeptical about James being successful in removing the stains from my car seats. I need not have had any doubts. All stains were completely removed and the inside of the car left like new.

I chose to have a decontamination, single stage machine polish & a ceramic coating applied to my BMW and James did a fantastic job from start to finish. The initial consultation and explanation of all of the steps of the process was excellent and really in depth.

Nothing was too much to ask as James was very happy to explain/answer any concerns or questions I had. James also kept me up to date throughout the day with pictures and videos of each stage and how the process was going.

When I went to collect my car James explained everything I needed to know to be able to keep the ceramic coating in perfect condition which included some of the products I could use and those that I shouldn’t. Finally, he also then sent me over some photos and videos he took throughout the process and the final finished product!

I will certainly be going back and recommend him to anyone thinking of getting a ceramic coating on their car.

What I liked about James was his very polite and professional service from The time he had looked at the work to be undertaken his response and time in replying was very prompt. The work was undertaken while I was on holiday and returned the Car with a verified picture of work carried out. can’t recommend enough and will definitely be returning when I have any other work to be carried out.

Took my Maserati in to have a polish and ceramic coating, I knew it needed paint but I wanted to see what could be polished out rather fresh paint. Wow, couldn’t believe my eyes James did such an awesome job, measuring the paint depth, see what he could get out, it’s amazing!! I’ve gone from needing a full respray to just a few touch ups!! His care and attention to the vehicle has transformed it, this all done in a couple of days!! Great value for money, extremely helpful and loves cars!! You can’t get a better recipe. We collected our car from James today after having a ceramic coating applied. James was chosen by us through recommendation from a family friend and his excellent online reviews. The whole experience was as many others have said - a 5 star experience. James is a top man who knows his trade inside out, he took time to explain the process (as we are new to ceramic coatings) and the final results were fantastic. We will be using him again.
