To tell you the truth, I was about to make a $1200 purchase but felt a little nervous. The photos looked stunning, everything was on 80% discount, seemed almost too good to be true. The odd thing was, it wasn’t connected to PayPal which I usually rely on a lot and oddly the website didn’t allow you to save the items you liked in a favorites section so I practically had to send them directly to my shopping cart and from there cancel out what I wanted and what I didn’t. A good scheme to get you to purchase a lot of things, in fact that explained my $1200 almost purchased order. Before going ahead, my instinct just kicked in and I went to this website to see the reviews and YES, OMG!!! It’s completely true. It’s a complete scam! A lot people mentioned here that you could find the same thing in Alibaba. So I went to check and h*ly crap it was true! For example the Pearl Shawls they sell them for $249. In Alibaba $20!!! Absolutely absorb. I stopped right there. I haven’t even searched the rest of the dresses I was about to purchase, but that explains what type of website this is. The only good thing this website is for is to let THEM search for you good interesting crap from Alibaba. So next time, go to their website, look for nice dresses/shoes/accessories DON’T even put it in their shopping cart, just take a screen shot, say thanks! And go find them in Alibaba. That’s exactly what I’m going to be doing from now on.
UPDATE: Yes, the dresses you can find in Alibaba, just found them. Absolutely insane. A dress for $300 you can find in Alibaba for $15. Oh and one more thing, the Pearl Shawl that I said was for $20, my mistake!! It was for $13….!!!

Do not buy from this company!! Save yourself some money and buy directly from AliExpress. They have even better return policy. I posted a comment on Instagram saying you can buy the exact same thing from AliExpress and they completely blocked me

First time shopper. Very happy with my experience.
I bought an outfit for a specific event, had to exchange it because it was too small. The exchange went smoothly, but I waited awhile for the 2nd shipment. When I emailed, the package arrived within 3 business days. I’m not sure if they overnighted it to me or if it was already in transit but I appreciated getting it on time. The reason I did not give it five stars was because the quality of the outfit was not reflecting the original price before all of the discounts and coupons. The sizing seemed a bit small even when I measured I will shop here again and I appreciated the helpful customer service!

This site is a scam. Dress I got was bad quality. no tags or labels in the dress Obviously from China. they have return fees of 10 percent and 15 dollar restocking fee

The quality is terrible. Most of the feather were falling out. It looked like a craft project. The return policy is pointless. I never got the minor credit for a full priced item & I paid for the return.

I ordered $500 worth of dresses from them. I know they’re all made in China but the quality is absolutely disgusting. It’s so cheap you’ll cry your eyeballs out. They never refunded me the money. I donated all those dresses because I will never wear them. Threads coming out, unfinished, unhemmed, absolutely filthy trashy dresses. All their photos they put online are simply copied from runway & are absolutely misleading.

You only have 5 days to receive a full refund back, not to mention they discount a restocking fee. Unfortunately, I was not aware they don’t refund after 5 days and I have no intention or interest in purchasing anything from them again so I don’t want store credit. Now I’m stuck with a $300 dress that didn’t fit properly and the other size would be too small and it’s not the quality I expected for a dress that price.

This is a rogue business . It took 3 weeks for the package arrive . It’s cheap material and nothing like was advertised I had to pay for my own shipping of £18 and they tried not to refund me . Do Not use

Do not purchase from them. The clothings they posted on their websites are never available. They won’t notified you until later dates on their unavailable items. They will try to refund you with a store credit. They stole $155 from me while I was on deployment and they refused to reimburse me when they never delivered the product nor had it in stock. Later they try to give me a $50 store credit. Do not bother trying to reach the chat.

This is why i didn't purchase this $265.00 white lace dress for a party in this month july 2022 the sizes were off and it look wrinkle on the pic so i checked and no pay pal when it comes to on line shopping use pay pal and always check this company is the bomb there are so many scammers out there thanks again trustpilot

If I could give a 0 star I would! First off, sizes are way off. The quality of what I received was horrible. Button is practically falling off… they did not even send a packing slip. Their return policy is ridiculous and difficult. You would think it would be easier considering how much their clothes are priced. Customer service sucks and their “live chat” with “Jennifer” is not really a human. Will never shop here again and will make sure to tell everyone I know not to buy clothing from this company. I also feel like I’m being scammed. Can someone tell me why their “restocking” fee for a single clothing item is $35.00? It’s not like I’m returning a couch or something… Still waiting to hear back from someone regarding my return request. Worst experience ever.

I am waiting for my refund since March, I called and emailed no one called me back as of yet. I went to the Maddison store but the lady knows nothing about returns. Sizes were very off, fabric very standard!! such a waste!

I am waiting for my $650 refund of two dresses which I bought from them online at the end of April. I hope everything goes well otherwise, after police I will follow up with them in my whole life.

I ordered and received a dress that was not the quality advertised. I returned it the next day for full refund. I was only given store credit. I do not wish to purchase anything from the store after my disappointing original purchase.

They are curt and basically rude in doing returns. They sent me xs rather than 3xl even giving me a screen shot of my order. The point was that I especially checked there was my size being 3xl. Ignored the fact as an international customer returning is difficult and cost me $36. So at the moment I'm down 350 Australian dollars Not once a mention of how and when my money will be returned. Despite me giving them the postal traking number. Ill never use them again but they keep writing exciting news etc I cant unsubscribe till I get my money back

What a scam! Dresses are way too small, they have no labels, made in china, most of them are poor quality. Customer service is ok. Did not refund all the money, instead gave me store credit. Even though I said I don’t want to buy anything from them. Still haven’t returned a dress bc I missed time frame. But I’m still waiting for a dress to be delivered after 6 weeks.

Zcrave is given 2 stars ONLY because they let me exchange and return purchased items proving their legitimacy to enough extent. However, items are extremely OVERPRICED, you have to JUMP THROUGH THEIR HOOPS for exchange/return (return request MUST include pictures - must be approved by website, warehouse and/or ZCRAVE NY storefront - YOU PAY SHIPPING)
ITEMS RUN CONSIDERABLY SMALLER than standard USA.
PATTERNS DO NOT MATCH AT HEM LINES and for those prices they SHOULD! They were happy to exchange my first order items, but REFUSED TO EXCHANGE my second order.
One of the items I paid for was out of stock permanently before my purchase and they failed to bring this to my attention. I was waiting for the item for more than 30 days and I had to inquire about the item to be refunded, and the item removed from the website. Lastly, I was shopping on a women's clothing website that is much cheaper than Zcrave, and behold I find some EXACT items (same picture of item on both sites even, lol!) for 1/4 of the price. TERRIBLE!

The clothes are cool but their customer service is a mess for overseas purchasers. I ordered a suit set in XXL and couldn’t understand why it was way too small. The bag showed XXL but eventually I realised that the clothes were size M (just in an incorrectly labelled bag). The online system (sending an email with a link) for returns does not work (probably for overseas customers) - I tried 11 times and then had to raise email queries with ZCrave which were never understood properly by their staff and answers were completely uncoordinated and kept referring me back to the online system. Eventually I called the store in NY from here in Australia and needed to be very assertive to gain any assistance. The store is clearly not closely connected to the online service but I managed to get them to do internal emails and get the ball rolling. When I returned the goods they sent out replacements (hopefully of the right size - I have yet to receive them) but again I had to be very forceful to get them to refund my postage from Australia. I don’t think this poor service is deliberate. I think they just don’t have things set up correctly for foreign customers. If you are a foreign customer, be prepared for a nasty battle if they get the order wrong. Otherwise the clothes are dead cool and I just have to hope they don’t make mistakes next time I order, which I may well do.

I ORDERED A LOVELY PANTSUIT. WHEN IT ARRIVED IT WAS AS AWESOME AND I WAS MOST CERTAINLY SATISFIED. MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS THE SIZES AREN'T TRUE TO SIZE. PROBABLY DESIGNED FOR SLIMMER SHAPES. I ORDERED A LARGE AND RETURNED FOR EXTRA LARGE AND STILL TO SMALL. LOVE IT SO MUCH I'm GOING TO KEEP IT. MY MOTIVATION TO LOOSE A FEW POUNDS I JUST PUT BACK ON. THANKS ZCRAVE. 👠
