This company is dedicated to its task. They are caring, efficient and friendly in their way with customers as well as being respectful of the clients needs. They are very knowledgeable about their job!
Nothing is too much trouble.
All in all we are very satisfied with their services and having used them on previous occasions as well as on this occasion, would certainly use them again.

The whole process of contacting the firm , their visit to us to describe their cleaning methods and quotes and the actual cleaning process was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for them , some furniture had to be moved but they were fully equipped to deal with that. We are extremely pleased with the result and will use them again.

This is the 2nd time I have asked John and Debbie to clean my carpets due to personal circumstances . They always strive to help and always achieve good results .

Prompt, tidy and cheerful. Did some little 'extras' too including, cleaned joining strips between rooms, cleaned existing mark on a skirting board. I was comfortable to leave them in my home for a short time when I needed to attend an appointment. Really pleased with the end result and would have them again if needed and, very happy to recommend their service.

We asked this company to clean 3 carpets ,two recliner chairs, and 6 dinning table chairs. None had been professionally cleaned for over 5 years. We did not expect perfect cleaning, however the results exceeded our expectation by a wide margin. John and Debbie did a superb job and clearly knew a lot about their jobs. We would wholeheartedly recommend them. The cost was as quoted.

We were considering having the carpets replaced in our lounge and hallway. After an initial conversation on the phone Debby & John from Zero Dry Time came around and explained the process and what could be achieved by having the carpets cleaned first. Well, after the clean we were total surprised, not only did they get rid of stains that previous carpet cleaners could not get out but the carpets looked brand new and was immediately dry. Very professional and knowledgable and would highly recommend them. We will definitely be using them again and will certainly let our family and friends know.

John and Debby worked hard to restore our cream leather suite to a useable condition after years of being sat on by the dog and then stored in the garage for a few months. Results exceeded expectations.
