I had deposited 47000 Indian Rupees on 6th December, which has not yet been added to my Zebpay account, nor returned to my bank account. I have asked you 10 times where is my money? But there was no response from your side regarding this. Today is 18th December, how can your service be so bad? When I asked you about money why don't you reply about it? Why are you hiding ? Are you a thief ?

Zebbpay is the newest form of money laundering out of Singapore that is being funneled through construction of Derek Jeters old house in Tampa Bay, Florida. This is owned by a very unethical Indian lawyer based out of Tampa, Florida. ***FRAUD***

Their mechanism is devised to milk the customers. They block the customer's account if the customer raises the chargeback issue with their banks in the event of delay in transfer of money. Raising chargeback issue with their respective banks is the privilege and right provided by RBI and the banks to their customers. Then they would ask customer to contact their bank and the bank has to contact directly with the zebpay team confirming their actions then only they would unblock their customer's account. Their support team lacks knowledge regarding the working mechanism of interbank communication and how RBI deals with transactions. Banks refuse to communicate with zebpay as it will be violation of RBI's guidelines and protocols. Repeatedly all the protocols as communicated by the banks have been forwarded to the zebpay support team but they seem to be most arrogant bunch of people. No other crypto exchange in India blocks their customer's account for a chargeback issue. Literally my account is blocked. Quite contrary their clause doesn't seem to mention anywhere regarding chargeback related issues. Also, their clause says to block one or all transactions in the event of AML violation or abnormal transaction. Chargeback dispute is not an abnormal transaction, but they seemed to be ignorant. Also, RBI says that in case of delay in transaction for more than 2 hours a penal interest has to be paid to the customer by the bank. In most of the situations there is a delay of several hours to days for crediting the money. Is Zebpay going to pay the penal interest? They are not legally authorized by RBI to act as a financial institution yet they are acting as a Bank or trying to prove their superiority above RBI. Also, it has been observed that they are encouraging customers to trade in a blocked account to avoid monthly maintenance fee. What kind of blocked account is defined in their clause is not quite clear and transparent. Customers can deposit money and trade but cannot withdraw FIAT currency or cryptos. They seem to be violating ethical business practices. Here is the response from "The Govt. and RBI have advised all banks and financial Institutions not to deal in such kind of service . It has not given any licence / authorisation to any entity / company to operate such schemes or deal with Bitcoin or any virtual currency."—by National Consumer Helpline on the grievance raised by me.
Really Horrible and corrupt people

Awful platform features. Buggy apps, reporting is basic at best. Can't even give you an annual tax statement or summary in PDF format - only reports available are a CSV file! Was the first platform I used for my SMSF and lack of reporting is a huge issue for passing an audit. Avoid.

Worst service. No way to talk with a human. Extremely dissatisfied with his service.

I deposited money and bought some crypto there and keep it safe for 4 months and now when I logged in to my account and saw as balance 0.

Withdrawals are much faster than expected.

I transferred money using IMPS to my zebpay account. But it never got detected by their system.

If you raise support ticket they will keep responding every time that they will look at the issue, but never
resolve the issue

I assume my entire money is gone.

I tried to add my PAN card to get verified, but I am stuck at this stage itself, not able to proceed. not able to upload the PAN card.

How can I trust these people with my money if they cant ensure smooth on-boarding of clients. can imagine what kind of issues I will face at withdrawals.

Also verification is not allowed from website and can be done from app only.

Unable to login to Zebpay UK, due to OTP issues for more than couple of weeks now. Tried liaising with the customer care but no luck so far and they request for videos or screen shots for proof multiple times. Not sure if this will be resolved up by the Zebpay team any time soon as lot of users are struck with this OTP issue currently.

Don't trust them.. their services sucks. I'm not able to sell/transfer my holdings from last 2 weeks I've losed over 20% in my holdings. I've raised 5 tickets till then & still my issue is pending. They don't have chat or direct customer service. Its better use other platform.

zebpay is really good app expert traders and begginer traders .
Fast and instant withdrawals and deposits.i like this app too much invested a lot and made a lot profits without any problem or issue.
The drawback is only sometimes by a lot of traffic orders of buying n selling take a bit more time .rest of the things in app are useful.
simple interface that will ease anybody to use .
i highly recommend it.

If you read their other reviews also, you can find they have a pathetic customer service. I am their customer since 2017 but in case of difficulty, I never receive any response from them before 48 hours. This time my bitcoin has been stuck in the wallet I can't sell or send it to anybody. Its been over 72 hours but nobody replied me yet. I don't understand what shall I do?????my registered email with them is a_shim03 at yahoo.co.in. As per my crypto lawyer after one week I'll send legal notice to AWLENCAN INNOVATIONS INDIA LIMITED
