Zee5 should be banned from doing business in the US
Zee5 is operated by con artists. All they want is your money. Their streaming in North America is atrociously bad. Their customer support is non existent. They make it very very difficult to cancel their service. If you are lucky enough to cancel their shitty streaming product, all they want is your feedback. They never talk about refund. Zee5 should be banned from doing business in USA. Avoid Zee5 at all cost.
Completely scamming people
I requested to cancel my subscription, their rep called & I confirmed that I want to cancel. He emailed me to confirm that subscription has been cancelled and will not charge my CC any more. But I found in my CC statement that they charged again and now I'm trying to contact with them but it seems impossible to get hold of them.

They are typical Indian scammers! They lock you into a self renewing contract which is virtually impossible to cancel because it keeps directing you to Apple when the subscription isn’t even via the Apple Store. I contacted customer support and someone named Harsh responded and refused to refund me even though the charge was just taken out.I’ve just looked over my bank account and these scammers have gotten away with taking $200 for something we weren’t aware we had a subscription to. Do yourself a favour and stay away.

Buffers a lot and not worth it at all
It’s been 3 months I’ve been paying for the service, I have speed of over 50mbps. But nothing starts on this app. Out of the 3 months I paid for I only watched like one or two times cause of the buffering issue, and they don’t even want to fix it. It’s not worth getting this better opt for something like Amazon prime or Netflix. They are a lot better then this
Worst service for premium subscription
Old programs keeps on buffering and no way to contact customer support over the phone. They just dont answer over an email. Unfortunately no way to get money back. You will find all reviews for the same reason so dont waste money for this worst app.

I live in Australia and had been to India recently.I got membership there for one year and thought I could use it in Australia.After coming back I realised it will work only in India.So I contacted them to return my Rs 1299 money back as I cannot use it anymore! But Customer care team members named - Shruthi,Jeet, Rohan G scammed me to buy Australian membership so that they can refund my Indian rupees once I subscribe here to local Zee5 network.
Now no one is replying to my emails and closing my case instead of replying me back.so please people don't subscribe to Zee5 as its an scam company and they will take money every month even though if you cancel renewal.I have cancelled my card and asked them to cancel the transcation in future and marked them as SCAM.
I have also told all my friends not to subscribe and letting people through all social media about this scamming program.

I have been using Zee 5 for over 5 years, pay subscription every year with no English subtitles, I kept asking why why and they do no reply, all I got is an email with a ticket number and no one reach out to you only emails over and over about ticket number, I am ending my subscription and to let the public knows I’m for West Indian a country name 🇬🇾 Guyana I do not speak Hindi, and they charge me twice for subscription, this app is a scam, I’m so flipping angry and upset.

Disappointing Experience with ZEE5 Subscription
I subscribed to ZEE5 3–4 months ago, and it was a big mistake to choose ZEE5 over other OTT platforms like Netflix, Disney+, SonyLIV, or Prime Video. Most of the movies have buffering issues, making them unwatchable. I emailed their support team, but they didn't fix the issue; they simply advised me to log out and log back in. I tried this multiple times, but the problem persists.

Cannot play most of the movies and programmes. Keep getting an error and have contacted Zee5 several times, but no resolution.
Keep getting an repetitive reply, that they are looking into it. Standard pre written response.
Keep your money and do not subscribe to the channel. I will wait till the end of the day, failing which I will do a chargeback on the card.
They do not care about their customers and you can confirm the lack of customer service by reading the reviews on Trustpilot. If necessary, I will issue court proceeding for a full refund.

I wish I could give no stars as they don't deserve any. Customer service is very bad. In the second year of my subscription in Australia, suddenly service stopped on my TV's. Zee5 app stopped recognizing network connection. It is like something is stopping to access the app on my tv. I provided Customer Care all the screenshots in step by step. They are helpless so far. This is third day and I started asking for my refund. They are still asking me to keep patience. That is silly. On my phone app when I try to open this app it says," scammer activity" and doesn't open. I don't know what's going on with these people. Do they have any reputation!!!

I recently tried to watch Demonte Colony Part 2 (Telugu) on Zee OTT, and the experience was incredibly disappointing. The most frustrating issue is that the audio is completely out of sync with the video, making it impossible to enjoy the movie. For a platform of Zee’s size, these basic technical errors are inexcusable.
To make matters worse, the overall user interface is poorly designed and full of glitches. Navigating through the platform feels like a chore, and I couldn’t even send feedback because the feedback option wasn’t functioning properly. This reflects a lack of attention to detail and basic functionality on Zee’s part.
Zee needs to urgently address these issues if they want to retain users. I expected much better from such a well-known platform. Hope they fix these problems soon, but as of now, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a seamless viewing experience.
