Nothing but trouble with this company from day one Hostile bullying promising me the earth and coming up with 3rd rate work I feel like ive been well and truly conned no more money from me

Anyone successfully get compensation from Zeek? I lost over £200 over night my money was gone. How to people get a way with this? My eyes are wide open to these cowboys!

Wish there was less than 1 * option. It reflects badly on topcashback for pushing to purchase dodgy vouchers . lost £100s

Lost £150 Voucher which I received from Quidco payout! Luckily, managed to get Quidco to swap this to Amazon Giftcard!

Such a fraud company. Obviously they stole millions of pounds and we can not do anything

Had £95 transferred from TopCashBack to Zeek voucher which can't be reclaimed as the company wound up without any notice. TopCashBack also not helpful as they are abdicating themselves of any responsibility despite pushing Zeek as their preferred voucher option. Not happy.

I’ve lost £150 in balance and about £30 in unused vouchers. As everyone has said the company just dissolved over night without letting anyone know about it..

Worst company. I just realized I have £25 in the account and couldn't even find the site. It was closed without warning. Very disapointing!

I listed a voucher for sale on Zeek shortly before their website disappeared. Now I can no longer access my account, I have effectively lost a £50 gift card. I used Zeek to sell gift cards many times in the past but now I assume I will never be able to get that £50 back. Inexplicably poor service.

No notice given that company is shutting down. Had over £900 in outstanding vouchers on there, which I have no access to. I have taken the directors to court in the past week (their details are publicly available on companies house UK) and have £900 being paid back to me directly as well as compensation. Would recommend you all do the same!

I have 50 gbp in amazon.co.uk voucher yet no way of accessing them!

Website shut down without any notice to customers. I had several hundred pounds in vouchers and zeek credit. Cant see why as customers we aren't allowed access to the vouchers we own to be able to spend them. Terrible company.

I have Curry's PC World vouchers held on my account along with a Zeek balance I know that if I could access account to retrieve serial no. and pin code of said vouchers they would work.

There must be hundreds of people in this situation. If people's Zeek balances are gone, at the very least we should be able to access to retrieve these voucher details.

I made a payment of £200 to my Zeek account in November last year with my American Express Gold credit card via Paypal.

Paypal have just agreed to refund this after I lodged a claim a couple of weeks ago, having discovered Zeek are no longer in business. (American Express were not at all helpful).

I also transferred £117.70 to Zeek from my Topcashback account. Topcashback have refused to take any responsibility, despite the fact they promoted and endorsed Zeek, and incentivised customers to transfer funds to them. I intend to escalate my complaint.
