A couple of months back I found Red Prints online. I made an order of $1,170.00 and I got an invoice from Zegen.

Mr. Aman Mongia promised me the t-shirts were going to be on time. Turns out he was delayed for some reason, he told me they were going to do them and expedite them.
He promised me a photo of the final product on a certain date, the day came and he didn’t respond until a few days later. After he said he had the final product ready, it took him a fee days before I could get a Tracking #. The date that he promised I was going to receive the t-shirts came and nothing. He then said that the packages were being held by the courier and it was their fault. He kept on telling me tomorrow, tomorrow. It’s been a few weeks now and I still haven’t received anything. When I asked for a refund he said he was not going to refund because I was going to get the t-shirts.

I would definitely NOT recommend Zegen or Red Prints. Mr. Aman only makes promises he can’t keep. This has been the worst experience.

I also have many screen grabs of Aman Mongia promising many delivery dates that he never made all.

At the start he replied to all correspondence instantly, arranged samples and was very good.

I order in March 2018 with delivery due on May 22 for a summer product launch, I contacted him at the start of May to be told must products had been made and he was just finishing. A week before the due date I asked for tracking details to be told there was a slight delay in material.

So delivery date came and went and the excuses started from the standard family problems, factory problems, supplier problems etc. Then goods have been delayed at customs but could not provide tracking.

Basically ALL LIES

To date the goods are now 17wks late and counting, summer has been and gone.

I have started a police investigation in India and they have visited him, they do take matters like this seriously but it could take years to recover money

So Aman is enjoying $6032 of my money when he should be in jail
