Bad product, bad seller
Seller refused to cancel order before it was shipped on Amazon. Seller threatened they would charge penalties from my card if I refuse acceptance. They will only refund if I return the item at my charge.
Item has lots of bad reviews on Amazon I shouldn't have ignored. But not only the item is bad, the customer service is rude. Does not speak English although I initiated my question in English I received a long german text.
I reported them to Amazon and pointed out their poor product that has a ton of bad reviews that shouldn't be allowed on the marketplace.
Zeil24 runs a shady business with questionable practices and an extremely rude customer service. Don't be afraid to pay extra to get the product and customer service you as a customer deserve.
Avoid at all cost.
