Bad experience

I bought old roof tile candlestick for the wall in a cleansed version.
One of Them unfortunnaly was broken in a corner by transport. Then I contact the company who at first will not r send a new one. I then offer to make a new order, because actually I would like some more for outside, and then they can send the replacement one in the same box. This after some coorsponding they agree to, I have to asemble myself, but thats fine by me.
Now to my surprise i recieved the new order. 4 untreated ones and then there was supposed to be a treated o e as the first one that was broken, but no. They send me the cheaper uncleaned version as the replacement. AND also all where missing corner, but not broken by transport, just missing.
Like they searched their lot for only the ones with a broken corner.
really bad experience, will find another suplier for thees in the future, because the plan is in time to get more.
