I ordered 2 necklaces with my parents in them.1 was a present for my sisters special birthday. I sent 2 separate photos as I couldn't find a decent photo of my parents together. They said they could merge the 2 together .They sent me a sample which didn't look nice.So I sent them a group photo and they were to take my mother from it and merge with my father. They used the whole group photo instead.I contacted them and they replied to my email. However they didn't want to know, and had an appalling attitude. I had to explain twice to them what happened, and I have had no reply . However last week they sent me another email looking for feedback.I couldn't believe it after the feedback and complaint I had already given them.They don't care about their customers, they only want your money.They won't admit when there wrong.If they had sent me a sample second time, I wouldn't have this issue now. Save your money and use a reputable company !

So disappointed for such a beautiful product.

I received a beautiful bracelet with a photo inside for my birthday last June. 8 weeks later the stone with the photo inside fell out of the holder.
My wife emailed Zelagent but she got no reply.
I the emailed Zelagent and got a reply from Muireann asking for the original tread email that my wife sent.
I replied but to date after numerous emails I haven't received any response.
I am so disappointed as it probably was a faulty bracelet but the fact Zelagent haven't responded to my emails I wouldn't recommend anyone purchasing anything from them.
It appears all Zelagent want is your money.
Such a shame having to write this bad review.

Really disappointed and unhappy with the product they sent. Tried contacting them through their website and Instagram and received no response. Disgusted.

Bought a bracelet from this company and never received it. Paid a shipping fee. Contacted them a number of times - responded to tell me it was sent 2 weeks previous when I told them I hadn’t received it I was told to check with my neighbours. Questioned them as to whether they had a track and trace - No response. Extremely disappointed to have never received the bracelet which was a gift for my friend who had suffered a bereavement. Will definitely never buy from this company again awful customer service.
