Cards are great! And so is the customer service!

I was so happy with my first purchase, I went ahead and bought a second set for my boys to have so there would be no fighting over the cards. Once we received them, there was 3 that didnt work. I sent an email letting them know about the defective cards, and they are replacing them! They were quick to respond, and very nice in correspondence! Looking forward to the completion of my order! Thank you!!

Quick and good quality

My cards came on time without any trouble. They all work as intended and came in a little case to keep track of them. They're pretty tiny and it's honestly cute just sitting them on a shelf when you're not using them.

One of the cards do not work. I have contacted seller multiple times and they keep ignoring me. I was hopeful, but am now disappointed.

EDIT: Following this review, the company reached out and sent me a replacement. Since the issue was resolved, I have to say I am actually satisfied and I like the cards, so I changed my rating.

Not what I thought I was getting

Expected to get stuff from tears of the kingdom, and after scanning all of the cards, I only got stuff from breath of the wild. This is not what I wanted.

My order still has not arrived. I’ve been watching the tracking info and it got sent to Chicago when I live on the other side of the country in Arizona. I would just like to have my order please.

From the tracking information, I can see that the package was initially sent to the wrong location in Chicago, but then seems to have been properly routed to Arizona. However, there were multiple delivery attempts in Goodyear and Phoenix that failed due to an invalid address. This is quite unusual since we haven't encountered address verification issues before.

To resolve this, may I kindly suggest:

We can resend the item to your correct address in Arizona (please confirm the full shipping address)
Or if you prefer, we can issue a full refund
We could also send a replacement package with expedited shipping once we confirm your correct address
Please let me know which solution you would prefer and confirm your full shipping address. Also, if you know why there might have been address verification issues (like a missing apartment number or other details), that information would be very helpful.

Shipping was pretty standard coming to the US from China. But all 26 cards work fantastically, the artwork is nice and the case is super handy would absolutely buy again should I ever need more Amiibo cards
