Used to be a good company now they are god awful if I could give negative stars I would!
Due to your company’s negligence, I am unable to proceed with essential business operations, including securing business credit, applying for loans, or opening a business bank account, as my personal information does not match my business records. No one is doing their job and no one reads the notes or the accounts.
This situation has caused significant inconvenience, delay, and frustration. As a result, I am requesting a full refund of the $817 paid.
If I do not receive confirmation of a full refund and resolution by the close of business tomorrow, I will proceed with initiating a chargeback through my card issuer.

Response Time Needs to be Better
The online service can be confusing and a bit misleading. There are a lot of upgrades and I would not knock a company for trying to make money but being asked over and over to upgrade is annoying. The worst part is that it seems to be AI run and the response time on emails is unacceptable. Obtaining an EIN shouldn't take 10 business days and to send ZenBusiness an email on a Friday and not here back via email by next the next Friday is not professional. I would not use this service again.
