TOP SHELF

Had the pleaseure of dealing with Erica regarding my recent purchase. I couldn't locate my order confirmation and she was able to uncover the issue and provide the information to me in a timely manner. Thank you Erica for your friendly and professional assistance!! Top shelf customer service!

Best Customer Service.

I am writing this review solely based on a situation that was not the company's fault. I had ordered a product and unfortunately it got lost somehow. I eventually got a replacement but unfortunately not for ome time. When I informed the company that I was disappointed that I had received their product so late from the date of ordering it, and because of that I would loke to return their product. they replied in such a quick and professional manner. After I requested the procedure on how to return their product, they replied quickly. Not only were they willing to accept the return but they gave me a few options. Instead of wanting their product back, they graciously offered to give me fifty percent off what I paid and they gave me the option of keeping the product or donate it, either way they in good faith wanted a happy customer and I applaud them for that. They wanted me to be happy and went above and beyond. I accepted the refund of fifty percent and because of their attempt to rectify this issue with me, I could have kept the product. I told them in a return email because of their generosity, I in turn would pay it forward by donating it to someone who could not afford to buy their product. This is how customer service should be. They went well above and beyond to insure I was happy. Although I will not have their product to use now, I will definitely buy their product in the near future. Thank you ZenGrounding for being such an honest company that showed honesty and integrity. I wish nothing but future success for your company and I will refer you to others who may be interested in your grounding concept.
