Then the account began to loose and they push to wait. When you received a warning to close your account, then offers to put more money and give you reverse operations, rollover, change the tutor and a new cycle begins. Do not operate with Them. Do no risk your money.

Regulatory Collapse of the FSA

In a direct response to the desperate and fabricated attempt by Zenstox to mislead the investor community and the Trustpilot administration by falsely claiming that I am not a client or that my details do not match, I hereby present to the financial public the unassailable record of their Three Continuous Lies, backed by official documents and bank transfers:
The First Lie (Official Recognition of the Client): The company currently claims that I do not hold an active account with them. However, they have previously issued an official and documented bank wire transfer to me amounting to $35,000 (representing half of the earned profits) after a meticulous review and audit of all my personal data and account statements. This bank transfer stands as an absolute legal recognition of the account's existence and my undisputable entitlement to the total profits.
The Second Lie (The Settlement Offer): Immediately following the partial payout, and specifically after I officially protested against the financial extortion practiced by their staff members (Hala and Yara), the company presented me with a meager and unjust settlement offer for the remaining balance. The legal question here is simple: If I were not an actual client as you claim in your defensive response, under what capacity and by what right did you offer me a financial settlement?
The Third Lie (The Platform Response and Punitive Liquidation): Their current response on Trustpilot represents the peak of contradiction and denial. It is a calculated attempt to cover up the crime of executing a manual, punitive liquidation of my entire remaining balance of $62,000 immediately after I resorted to international enforcement channels.
Complicity and Silence of the Financial Services Authority (FSA):
These documented fabrications are being carried out under the umbrella of a license granted by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) of Seychelles, which formally promised a resolution to this complaint within a 3-month statutory timeframe. Today, exactly 20 days have passed since that final deadline completely expired with absolutely zero enforcement action taken. Due to this severe institutional failure, the file has been officially escalated to the Office of the Ombudsman (Complaint Ref: #8569), and our international reports are actively moving forward with the UK regulatory channels (FCA Ref: 212202086).

Following your public reply, I have fulfilled my part by communicating with the address you provided (customer.service7). Unfortunately, despite this and the 180-day history of this dispute, there is still no professional resolution.
It is deeply concerning that the company continues to invest heavily in social media advertising (as seen currently on Facebook) while failing to resolve clear financial obligations monitored by international regulators like ESMA and the Seychelles FSA. Providing multiple email addresses is not a substitute for professional integrity. I am keeping all regulatory authorities updated on these continued delay tactics.

"I am updating this review to expose the ongoing evasion tactics of Zenstox and the total regulatory failure in Seychelles.
First, I want to highlight that my original review has been public for over a month. As usual, the company’s response is extremely late, appearing only now that they feel the pressure of public and legal scrutiny. This delayed reaction is their standard operating procedure.
Today, May 12, 2026, marks the official expiration of the 3-month statutory deadline promised by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) Seychelles to resolve this complaint. The result is zero action.

be careful, they push you to hedge your account and ask to add more money. They keep doing this trick. I had bad experience with them! Save your money and keep away from this company.

Do not trust any of the reviews that rate them positively. They are all FAKE. This is a super scam company with callers only there to scam. I turned down one guy ( identified himself as AL) by telling him I have no interest and the sob told me to go back to my country. Blah blah. Unbelievable !!!

Eyad Khalil Mans is the biggest scammer, the whole company is a scam tbh, was stupidity from my end as well, they're hiding under licenses from random islands but with gods help, the legal team that's gonna go after them is gonna rain hell fire on them.

Dont have any complaints. I had no issues processing deposits and withdrawals from zenstox. Overall I'm satisfied.

Absolutely terrible experience. My investment was suddenly ceased without any clear explanation, and I was completely locked out of accessing my own funds. No proper warning, no transparent conversation just restrictions placed on my account.

Customer support was slow, unhelpful, and kept giving nonsense responses that didn’t actually resolve anything. It felt like I was being ignored while my money was just sitting there, inaccessible.

What’s even worse is that I had to seek external help from a specialist just to get the situation properly addressed and was able to gain access back to my restricted account and took my funds from them. Only after involving outside assistance did things start moving and eventually get resolved.

That shouldn’t be necessary for a legitimate investment platform.
Overall, the lack of transparency, poor communication, and the stress of having my funds frozen made this a very disappointing experience.

I would not recommend this platform to anyone who values security and reliable service, and if you're dealing with similar issue, ask, I can tell you who helped me. Do a proper research before trusting any platform with your money.

Zenstox is the worst broker I came across. For curious please don't fall into their trap.

One thing I appreciate is how straightforward the dashboard is. I can log in and immediately see my open trades and balance. That alone makes my experience really good with this firm.

Unfortunately, I dealt with them and they are not trustworthy. On January 1st, they asked me to withdraw funds that had been agreed upon and scheduled for withdrawal more than a month ago, but now they are avoiding withdrawing my dues and will start manipulating my trading account.

You lose your money. They're very friendly and insistent at first, trying to get you to make your deposit. They don't ask for anything upfront. After you make the deposit, a broker contacts you to "teach" you, but the truth is, they just confuse you while showing you projected returns. At the same time, they'll contact you to sign a contract with a clause stating that you can't withdraw your money or profits without their verification and approval. That's where the scam lies. The money goes in, but it never comes out. They force you to sign this contract to withdraw your funds, but by signing, you agree that they can deny you access to the funds at will. It's not trustworthy. Don't deposit. Don't trust them.

My name is Abdelouahab Ghadabe, and I have been an investor in your platform since September 2024. I contacted you because I have had enough of your deceitful tactics and fraudulent operations, as well as all the aggressive and unfair behaviors and treatment exhibited towards me. I have already initiated the withdrawal requests many times, however on the one hand your representatives kept calling me and trying to push me to open further trades in order to lose the possibility to withdraw, which is not only unethical, but also qualifies as phone terrorism and qualified harassment, which itself could result in serious legal consequences to your company.
The last straw was the illegal blocking of my account. Your T&C policy states that: “The Company is also entitled to close your Trading Account with immediate effect or to suspend, restrict or withdraw your access to the Platform in the event that the Company has reasonable belief that you are acting in breach of this Agreement with or without providing any reason.

All 5 star reviews are fake, It’s obvious they are fake — most are “verified,” yet sound scripted and suspiciously generic. It’s a tactic to build false credibility and mislead new victims, Trustpilot should take stronger action against fake reviews and apply stricter verification measures — especially for financial platforms that operate cross-border and are often implicated in fraud complaints.

I was lured into Zenstox through aggressive phone calls and WhatsApp messages promising high profits and "account manager" support. At first, the platform looked professional, and I was convinced to deposit small amounts. But soon the pressure tactics began constant calls pushing for higher deposits, manipulation, and promises of guaranteed returns.

Once you stop depositing, the manipulation starts. trades manipulation, and swaps/fees will be introduced retroactively to drain the account. Withdrawal attempts blocked, with excuses like needing more deposits to unlock funds

This is an organized scam hiding behind a polished interface and a misleading “license” under Vie Finance SEY. Don't be fooled

If you're considering investing with Zenstox, don’t. You’ll lose your money,.

I recommend anyone who’s investing with Zenstox to
- collect all evidences, record their phone calls WhatApp messages - don't use telegram because it allows them to delete the messages. It's illegal that they ask you to open or close trades
- try to withdraw all your funds, I’m sure you will not be able to”they might allow you to withdraw a portion just to gain your trust and you deposit more”
- Report them to the regulator
