Customer Service has been atrocious.

Customer Service has been atrocious.
Placed an order for tiles 09/02/26, delivered wrong tiles 25/02/26. New order placed 26/02/26, delivered another set of same wrong tiles 05/03/26. Tried several times to contact CS, no phone number for them all done over a for/email. Finally heard back from them 09/03/26 been assured correct tiles ordered this time however delivery not expected till 26/03/26, If they are delivered correctly it will be 6.5 weeks since ordering. Would not recommend the company. and will not use again.
