I recently had a great experience with Baggio at ZeoMortgages for my mortgage application! Their pricing is fair, and the service quality is top-notch.

The mortgage process was simple; I managed to submit all my documents in one go and only made three phone calls: one for explaining the process, another for discussing the offer details, and the last for after-sales support. It was super convenient and efficient.

Zeo have been great managing my mortgage! There have been a few issues with the solicitors but Nikki has stepped in each time and resolved the issue promptly. A great company to use and I certainly would certainly us them again

Damion has been absolutely brilliant. He found us better quotes, that was more suitable to us for over 50% cheaper than anywhere else we could find for both life insurance and also income protection.
He arranged calls with us at times that suited us, he was very accommodating & understanding, and he also updated us on our policy status and kept us informed throughout the whole process. He was also so informative and explained absolutely everything to us that we needed to know.
He has been amazing, both me & my partner couldn’t recommend him enough!

Their professional advice made the whole process much smoother. Buying a property in the UK, being able to communicate in a language I’m familiar with has reduced a lot of trouble. They work carefully, in an organised manner, and always keep me updated.

I contacted Andrew Snowdon at Zeo Mortgages when my then current lender pulled the carpet from under my feet, withdrawing their loan offer after I'd already committed to buying my new property. I'd never even considered using a mortgage broker before and felt it was an unnecessary expense for something I could do myself. Andrew has changed my opinion completely. He took all the slog and pressure out of finding the very best deal with an alternative lender. I found him both knowledgeable and approachable and faultless in his level of service - responding quickly and positively to any queries or changes in circumstance. Had it not been for his guidance and support, I honestly feel my mental health would have suffered considerably more than it did during my house buying journey. Absolutely worth every penny and I have no reservation in recommending them to anyone in a similar position.
