Excellent service, the account manager handled everything and was available anytime I had questions.
Would definitely recommend for anyone like me trying to build up there credit but need a car for work or whatever the reason.

Long wait for delivery
Car took just under 6 weeks to be delivered after telling me it would be 2weeks for delivery as car was in Stock with Supplier. Had to constantly chase them for updates. Once I finally did get a delivery date on day of delivery at about 3pm in the afternoon they gave me a cock and ball story that the driver had a accident in another car and delivery wouldn’t be for a further5 days. So I had taken a day off work for nothing. Not the best experience but on the plus note was very happy with my new car once it did come .

I have reviewed your account with the account manager who dealt with your order and understand upon the delivery of your vehicle the supplier left us a message stating it was unable to be deliver due to a crash. I understand my colleague called you immediately to notify you of this and rebooked your delivery for the earliest available date. Please be aware, that this lies completely out of our hands and it is just as disappointing for us to hear.
I can only apologise that you feel misled with the delivery time. The supplier will only provide us with an estimated time of delivery once the car has been ordered, this can take up to 6 weeks.
Please accept our apologies should you feel this has not been communicated to you and i will pass over your feedback to the correct department so that we can review this internally.
