Very poor experience from start to finish.

I ordered a RIF using **PayPal**, which Zero One Airsoft accepted without issue. A few days later after a couple of emails asking what was happening i got an email saing they were packing my order and id have it the next day or day after at latest, day after that I got a text telling me to check email which I did, I was told they could not accept payment by paypal from outside uk and my order was cancelled and they would issue a refund, i emailed them saying**Northern Ireland** was INSIDE the UK and that cancelling my order was wrong, bearing in mind they had my money for 5 days, they emailed back, they then requested that I pay by bank transfer only instead, which would remove all buyer protection. I refused.

The refund was not processed properly and sat as “pending” for 8 days, with no response to a formal complaint email I sent. I only received my money back after PayPal’s processing completed.

Poor communication, incorrect information, and an unacceptable attempt to change payment method after taking funds. I would strongly advise Northern Ireland customers to avoid.

Very disappointed

I placed two separate orders for GBB magazines on different days, and Sarah efficiently combined them into one package. The communication was outstanding, and the prices were unbeatable compared to other sources. I highly recommend their service.

Ordered gbb mags on 2 separate days yet Sarah put both orders in the same parcel. Excellent communication and products priced better than anywhere else. I highly recommend.

Excellent service, went above any beyond to help me can't recommend them enough.

Rude and shoddy service.

Rifle was sent here for service and dmr conversion. After £200 and going to them twice, I'm still no better off. Rifle turned up with disconnected wires in the mag well and a gun that still does not work. Extremely rude on the phone talking over me and accusing me of causing the problems. I was not allowed a re fund and am having to go somewhere else to correct there mistakes.

Great value, I go almost every week to there games and buy all my supplies here.
