A great tool for invoicing for a small business like mine.
Very easy to use and set up.

Zervant ist great, but there is still room for improvement. Sometimes, a client pays a part of the invoice, but it's not possible to enter that. You can only choose paid or not paid. This would be a big help.
Another good thing would be if you were able to save a certain email text BY CLIENT.
The rest is really great.

I was completely new when I started using Zhervant and I quickly got used to it without any difficulties. Everything is clear, understandable, logical and meets all the needs of creating, managing and sending invoices. I would gladly recommend it to anyone. I can really recommend it.

People who write good reviews of Zervant never used any other invoicing software in their life. Overloaded, ugly interface, totally outdated in the top-notch style of 2008. Just UGLY invoices, Zervant should fire their invoice designer right now (pretty sure invoices were designed by one of the programmers). VAT of client appears somewhere aside, not below all the details of the client; rows not aligned with invoice heading; logo is somewhere not aside and not in the middle. The only option to hide my phone number from invoices was to completely delete it from company details.
And no invoice design customization options, obviously.
I was forced to switch to Zervant as a customer of Kontist, and absolutely dissatisfied. Not mentioning financial and administrative impact, but that is a complaint to Kontist, not Zervant.
It is probably ok for larger companies that need all those extra features, but I, a freelancer with my needs of plain, nice invoices, feel ripped off.

The starter plan price has been increased by 50% compared to last year; it's not fair, and thus Zervant deserves 1 star only.

Its all about money to them, no supporting service with respect to the account.
Payment taking and account still not accessible and no other way to communicate. Really frustrating.

I've been using Zervant since May 2021 and I'm incredibly impressed. It's streamlined my invoicing process significantly. Had this for almost 3 years now
Worked as it should but never been able to connect to my bank and support never been able to help me.

Now all my innovoice and offers are completly gone and sent to support last thursday still no reply sent a new this morning after 5h and it says within 3h still no respons .

So working ok but support sucks badly

over the moon with the ease of use and accuracy ..
