The furniture is very unusual and looks great in our skypod (aeroplane) garden room. Samples were sent at our request as we wanted to check colours before ordering. The product was extremely well packaged and arrived within the stated timescale for delivery.
Needed to contact the company to check a detail about fixing the backplate. Found this to be a very frustrating process in terms of getting a response to my messages but for which the owner; Paul called in person to apologise so fair enough. I appreciate that this is a small business. Would have been good to have some instructions enclosed to have avoided having to contact but he said he was aware of this need. Overall, would recommend the furniture if you want something a bit different and bespoke.

I'm not one for leaving negative reviews but my experience with Zespoke has been very disappointing so felt compelled to leave a review.
On the 19th March I placed an order for two hoop side tables and one hoop tv stand. I paid £40 for their quick ship (within 7 days) however this was not the case and the items were not received until 2 April.
My main disappointment though is with the items themselves. I ordered matt white and I unpacked one of the side tables first and immediately noticed the colour was an off white rather than white. Sadly this just doesn't fit in with my modern white and grey decor. I emailed Zespoke the same day expressing my dissatisfaction with the colour but never received a reply. I sent a chaser on 6th April but again have received no reply. When you call them regardless of whether you choose sales or customer services no one answers the phone and instead you are asked to leave a message on their answering machine.
I will be selling the items as they are no good for me. I do see buried away in their website that you can actually request colour samples so my warning, if you do decide to order would be to request samples first so you are happy with what you may receive.

This is a long overdue review. There have been several issues I have been dealing with (all five of the top life stressors) but that is no excuse.

My euphoria around my Zespoke ‘table’ has not diminished. It is unique, stylish, exudes opulence and is exquisitely crafted.

It was an unbelievable buying experience from initial contact, flexibility of provision, delivery/packaging, quality of workmanship, quality of product and ultimately the level of enjoyment I now have simply owning a piece of Zespoke furniture. I am not an acquisitive person but this table has elevated status amongst my ‘stuff’. I find myself just sitting and looking at it revelling in my own situation!

It is the perfect final addition to my new man flat. Life enhanced. Thank you Aimee and the team. If I had the room I would be buying more no question.

Poor quality products, the table we ordered came scratched and was not finished with the correct materials and design. Very disappointed, bad investment, would absolutely not recommend Zespoke or their products!!! Their solution was to buy another table, great customer service, NOT!!! Buyer beware!!!!

EXCELLENT!!! I have dealt with this company since 2019. I have had a few wonderful pieces from them. The quality is excellent and very robust. The colour combinations on offer are excellent and I have seriously put some quirky spark into my house with these. The order was acknowledged straight away, I chose express shipping and it was with me bang on a week later. Packaging is outstanding and well wrapped . I can’t fault this company from start to finish, The service, the updates prior to delivery and the items I purchased are genuinely 5 star and value. Everyone who comes to my house, comments on them and asks where I got them from. Very unique company! Thank you for the service and the products you offer! It’s quite addictive !!!! Mark.

I like the fact that the coffee table could be customised and its a good match to what we already have however, from a distance our large hoop coffee table looks great, but when up close the quality is quite poor in places i.e. where the joins butt up to each other, and underneath, well its a good job it is underneath as that has two joins which has a slight overlap on it.

I bought a small console table and I’m really delighted with it.

Zeespoke is a great company to deal with. My order was acknowledged promptly and when I emailed them that I’d forgotten to add a discount code, they refunded me the amount the next day.

The table arrived sooner than I expected, which was great, and it was incredibly well-packaged.

I just wish I needed more tables. The range of colours, finishes, sizes and shapes is extensive. And they’re all so not run of the mill.

Great products - real conversation starters and look great in the flesh. Excellent customer service too and arrived very well packaged. Recommended!

We have bought a coffee table and it is beautiful looking, however, it is impractical at best. The table cannot handle anything that’s put onto it, as it scratches very easily. We already have 3 big scratches in the first 2 days and then stopped using the table and I have no idea how that happened. I have put my phone on it and a can of coke. So now we have a 400 euro shiny piece of crap. I bought coasters for the table, but we’re afraid to use it, because if you so much as sneeze in the room, the table gets scratched.

I am gutted about this. Spent 400 euro on a coffee table not fit for purpose.

First time shopped with this company there reasonably priced lots of choice and if ears happen as sometimes there very willing to rectify the issue ASAP I’d certainly shop again with Zespoke and recommend them to family and friends
