Dishonest.
I booked through Expedia choosing the option for airport collection as I didn’t want a shuttle. This was for Athens. Regardless of this I still had to walk to a shuttle pick up and wait for an hour for the driver, he drove us 15 minutes away to a place called Abby car. It wasn’t even called Zezgo (I guess they changed their name due to bad reviews). I was then charged 1000 euro for a holding deposit. I didn’t experience this anywhere else in Europe.. so basically I couldn’t use my credit card overseas. It took several days after I dropped the car off to see the funds back in my account. There were several customers picking up cars at the same time and all were upset and complaining… the staff couldn’t care less.

Worst rental company every
Worst rental company I’ve ever dealt with — a complete scam. Avoid them at all costs. The cars are poorly maintained, and they try to exploit customers or their insurance by charging outrageous towing fees. Communication is terrible, the staff are unfriendly, and there’s no clear guidance if you run into car trouble. I rarely write negative reviews, but this experience was so bad it absolutely deserves one.

Apollo car rental pick up service in Athens is very sketchy taking no ownership of issues. Terrible service not sure how this company is still operational and not prosecuted.
Don't do business with them. Should be closed down.

This review is about Athens greece location. We had a horrible experience with them. Stay away from this company at all costs. They are running some kind of scam on every customer. Delay fee, excess baggage fee, location fee. For us, a traffic fine. When we returned the car, they told us we would have to pay 40 euros more for a violation. However, they could not provide any evidence. They could not say if it was a traffic violation or a parking violation, nor in what place, city, when or where. After 45 minutes of waiting, they could not find any evidence and agreed to close the contract. However when we returned home, we found 120 euros were charged to our card from this company that we will dispute.
