Deposits are held by pre-authorisation against the customers credit card, they are temporary and expire usually within 14 days. We advise customers that if they can still see a pending charge after this time to contact their card supplier to have it removed.
Have the 14 days passed, or is there another issue, such as damage, that may be preventing the return of your deposit? If you'd like to discuss your reservation further, please reach out to our customer service department.
