They delivered pizza with wrong topping, which was inedible (honey flavoured ndjuja) and didn't deliver the topping ordered. Tried to get either a refund or the correct delivery but they refused to help. Pointed us to website to ask for a refund, but no such option exists. Have just wasted £20 with no prospect of getting money back. Terrible firm, terrible service, terrible pizza. Avoid.

The companies food was awful, cold and soggy
The company also did not take cash
They thought it was clever to not give people a choice
Their attitude sucks just like their food
Never go there again

I had horrible experience with this pizza restaurant. I ordered a a couple of pizzas they were cold, soggy and undercooked. It didn’t worthy. I had to put them in the oven but still were soggy. They went into the bin. Never ever again. Waste of money

Zia Lucia in Balham had the best gluten free pizza. I ordered one this eve and had it delivered directly from them to ensure it was still hot on arrival as there have been delivery issues on a few occasions previously. Unfortunately this time it was soggy and the the dough was rubbery and horrible- most of it went in the bin- not great for a pizza costing over £21.

We went there for a team lunch this afternoon and were served by Sophie at their Wandsworth restaurant.

Sophie was attentive and took great care of us!

The pizza’s were delicious too! Plenty left over for dinner too!

I ordered two pizzas from this restaurant through just eat.
After the order was placed and paid for, I only received one pizza.
I immediately called the restaurant and after apologising for forgetting the second pizza they said I would need to get a refund from just eat.
I’m not registered with just eat, I don’t have the app and I ordered through the website as a guest.
The restaurant is not interested and they are not being helpful at all.
