Buyer beware
Buyer beware! I ordered a pair of linen trousers at the end of May; they arrived on June 18. The quality did not match the price I paid for that order.
I have attempted to return the pants consistent with the company’s 30-day return policy. I sent repeated emails to the company to arrange to do so and have received no response. Subsequently, I attempted to call the company. The phone rings once before it is transferred to another line which is always busy.
It is abundantly clear Zekira has no interest in customers returning its sub-par merchandise and has even less interest in refunding payment. I resorted to disputing the payment with my bank. I hope I am successful.
