In short, stay away. I have cancelled my subscription two and a half months ago. They confirmed by an email that they received my wish to cancel and said that they will contact me within 10 days with details about what to do. That never happened, but they keep sending me the bills, eventhough I am not even registered on that address anymore. Cheap thiefs. Should I also mention that their app does not work, online customer account is not available most of the time? Again, stay away, there are much better services out there.

A scam.
Their abonnement was sold to me linked with the promise of the fiber speed but I discovered that fiber WAS NOT even available in my apartment and wouldn't be before a while. I am now paying for a service I am not receiving. I contacted the company several time and I have not been helped. Ziggo is a joke and a literally scam.

I have cancelled my contract three times since January and every time a Ziggo employee has told me that they cancel my contract. None of this ever happens and Ziggo keeps sending me bills. There seems to be no way of cancelling a contract with them. It's now April and I keep getting bills. Stay away and never sign up with them.

Trying to move my Business account for internet and TV connection to a new address and Ziggo is making mistake after mistake and 1,5 weeks later still no internet. Ziggo refuses to send a technican before the weekend so this will add another 3 days. Totally unacceptable. Avoid Avoid Avoid.

The only ISP that refuses to fix the cabling in your house, because ‘its not their job’. We had two different technicians sent for the exact same issue, cs told us they will fix it but when they arrive they say ‘its not their job’. Literally every other ISP in the country does these basic things during the installation.
When calling CS we were hung up on multiple times across various departments, including when we were cancelling. Just avoid them, criminally incompetent, they are also known to have very frequent outages that go on for days.
Edit: I see they responded to my review, which is more attention I have received from them during my painful 1 week experience being their client :D
They claim you need to arrange for a 'specific type of technician' but thats bs, both the technicians said 'this is not their job', for the second one I SPECIFICALLY arranged a visit for my issue. When I called them online, I had to explain to them that Ethernet is not 'electicity related' since they were refusing to even send someone over because 'electricity is not their job'
I switched to KPN and the technician fixed everything in 10 minutes, free of charge :)

I'm not even started my Ziggo Internet connection and I am facing a huge chain of disappointments.
1. The connection has been offered via third party company Ziggo co-operates with (Quick Net Solutions). They have promised that my 3 year long contract can be cancelled anytime after the first year without any penalty. Later I discovered this was a plain lie made up by the operator who probably gets paid commission for the sale.
2. When I called just 3 day after, long before they shipped any modem or provided any service and wanted to cancel that contract, another operator said this is not possible. Then I asked abut the "14 day bedenkt periode" that suppose to be mandatory by law, he discussed this with the manager and told me this is not possible for the business customers and applies for the private customers only. I'm not sure about this is true but a lawyer told me it is another lie as the 14 day bedenkt periode applies for everyone.
3. Modem arrived. Nice box, nice modem - without adapter. So I called again asking for the adapter. A friendly operator said this is not a problem and he will ship one right away today and I should get it tomorrow.
4. Tomorrow is here. The operator calls, that actually he cannot ship an adapter at all. Only a technician or a complete new modem so I need to pack the other new modem and ship it back. Seriously ??
5. I am calling them again, apologizing that my Dutch is still not good and kindly asking to speak in English. Until now, everyone immediately switched to English or at least tried to - but this lady, she plainly refused. And yes, I know we are in The Netherlands, but hanging up a phone call on a business customer is across the line.
The result is this - Yes, I will need to stay with this miserable company for 3 year, but taking in account such a long chain of lies, problems and mistakes I feel so cheated by Ziggo, that the second my contract is over, I'm out.
Ziggo you are a terrible company, I truly don't understand how can you still be in business.

What a rude customer service!!!
I call today to receive some information regarding my internet contract transfer and after waiting 5 minutes for the call I receive the rudest reaction.
As soon as the Ziggo employee picks up the phone I ask her: Is it okay if I speak in english? Her reply was: No only in dutch. ( Mind that this was with a perfect english accent) I inform her that I do not speak dutch and she replies with: Well then bye bye its not possible. And closes the phone immediately.
I have never been more offended than that in The Netherlands. If internationals are not welcome to use your services then stop selling those to them and send them is a more internationally friendly phone carrier.

Had a Ziggo salesman come to my house more than a month ago. Promised they would cancel my service with Odido and that I would not have to worry about a thing. Two weeks go by and nothing was happening. After calls with Ziggo, I found that my Ziggo order - for internet, TV and mobile transfer from Odido - had been cancelled WITHOUT ME BEING WARNED NOR ANY REASON BEING PUT ON MY ZIGGO ORDER. I place another order over the phone - gets cancelled again. Now repeat this last step TWO MORE TIMES, for a TOTAL of 4 ATTEMPTS TO GET ZIGGO SERVICE. Always with no cancellation reason whatsoever given. They claim it could be because I have something to pay to Odido or my contract with Odido has not expired, but none of those are true ! Contract with Odido expired in 2022 and all payments are 100% made. So what sick joke is this Ziggo ????? You want me to try a 5th time ??

Called the helpdesk Tuesday spoke to a lovbely and very helpful chap called Mike. We had TV picture problems on bbc1 and bbc2. Just 3 days later on Friday as promised the ziggo engineer arrived and sorted the problem. Totally delighted with the speed and efficiency of the service

I made the mistake of subscribing for internet with Ziggo a few years back.
It was a pain with day one, terrible customer service that can't even spell an email address.
They refused to account closure claiming it was past the retraction period (because they conveniently backdated the date of the.
I had to patiently wait then end of the contract to stop this masquerade.
6 months after eventually closing the account , I received some unwanted calls from a Ziggo exec who was trying to gather feedback from lost customer. I started to laugh at her company practices on the phone, and she did hang up as she probably felt insulted.
This was 4 years ago.
A few month ago, I received a letter from a debt collector when Ziggo was asking me to fix my account (closed more than 2 years ago) by paying about 1 euro for some unpaid invoice. They were seriously threatening to sue me for one euro missing apparently form years ago. Note this was the first time I even was informed on this.
So I paid them that euro and 32 cents they were so adamant to get.
Now for the last 3 days, young door-to-door people with Ziggo jackets on keep ringing my doorbell and manage to get inside the building to try to get me to sign in with them again. I told them to leave me alone, but a different one come the next day.
I am considering calling the cops for harassment.
Despicable company.

The last Rep who came in my complex was asked to go away and still proceeded to follow me back to my door.

The worst company, very corporate with lazy customer service who if they don’t want to help you , just tells you wait and sit tight. At the end they never do anything, just mistreating customers. Change to another provider , they treat you like they are making you a favor.

As a new customer, We had a technical appointment today. Even though we waited at the door for the technician, no one came. Meanwhile, we received an e-mail stating that we were not at home and the technician could not find us at home, and we were fined 35 euros. The strange part is that the technician reported that he called us 3 times, left a card under the door, and that the door to our house is a green door with 4 windows.
BUT
1-we did not receive any calls from anyone this morning (which is recorded on both sides).
2- No card was left at our door
3- Our door has 2 windows, even no door on the street has 4 windows!
Moreover, this penalty was immediately reflected in our bill.

The worst internet provider in the Netherlands.
If your internet is not working then you are in for a treat of the most horrible customer service that you can imagine.
Internet is completely unstable and after 6 months of not fixing it you will start getting invoices for technical support.
Stay away if you can.
