I measure a company by how they react when things don't go right. Most companies are fine when things are going right. I had a problem with one of my codes. Emailed support - reply within 10 minutes and sorted in under 2 hours (delay mostly due to me not checking sooner!). Fantastic customer support and obviously really care that their customers have a good experience and will return again. Which I will definitely do. Oh and the game was £15 cheaper than anywhere else! Superb!

I had no problems at all in purchasing Fifa 13 for PC. An e-mail with the Origin activation key was sent in seconds. I downloaded the game from Origin and had no problems installing or playing the game. Great service.

First purchase from ZiiP and as always you never know when your going to be scammed or customer service is crap, however ordered the game (steam version) for code delivery at around 7.30 in the evening, purchase went through and delivery was around 10 minutes later. Excellent service considering the lateness of the purchase.

Amazing-Fast

Much cheaper than steam or similar digital stores - for once I managed to find a digital copy that was as cheap as a physical one from amazon.

Code was delivered within 30 mins of ordering - a bit on the slow side, but still much quicker than waiting for a physical delivery from Amazon.

Used the site because it offered the best price. Received all confirmations with about 10 minutes and Product Key after about 20 minutes. First key I was sent didn't work but I sent an email to customer services. Within 5 minutes was sent a reply to say it was being looked into and had a new key within 10 minutes.
Was surprised with this level of service, especially since I placed my order at around 11:30pm.
Overall, despite a slight issue with the initial product key, had an excellent experience using this site.
