Corona cancellation was fully refunded. Great service!
Unfortunately the whole trip was cancelled due to corona. The Austrian area was closed down. Zillertal-Reisen was very proactive in responding and communicating. In the end we got full refund for the chalet, and additional costs. Thank you so much!

Matthijs did an excellent job as host…
Matthijs did an excellent job as host for the chalet we rented. His communication before we arrived was great, met us on arrival and talked us through all we need to know about the chalet, recommended some good places to eat / etc around Mayrhofen, sorted some travel assistance requests, and smooth and timely departure. Matthijs is a good communicator, and a nice and helpful host :)
