Terrible company. They had a promotion that was "deposit £10 and get 200 free spins" so I took up the promotion and made £11 on it. I withdrew all my money which was £21.12. I waited a day for the money but instead I received an email from zingo saying that I had violated the fair play rules because I didn't spend my deposit. Baring in mind that the promotion was only a deposit only promotion and not a deposit and spend. If you use this site you will constantly be punished for their mistakes as they never know how to do their jobs with promotions.

so far I've found the user interface to be erratic and difficult to use. I also was told I'd been granted 360 free tickets and found they were inaccessible or not there at all.
The platform and the bingo would be okay if they got all these things sorted out.
I've messaged customer services but I haven't heard back a peep.
Update: Zingo replied stating my account is restricted from receiving rewards. However, my account shows the promotion as completed and the 360 tickets as received after I met the requirements. If my account was restricted, the bonus should not have been awarded in the first place. I’ve also contacted support directly and haven’t received a response.
Rating reduced to reflect the lack of resolution or clear communication.

Avoid like the plague. I deposited £10, but wasn't convinced the bonus T&Cs were clear. So i decided to withdraw, however the minimum amount withdrawal amount is £20. So I deposited more, then went to withdraw. They blocked it and kept my money. I tried the online chat, which took a long time time to get to a human. However customer services couldn't return my money either. Emailed them, and they replied saying they were keeping my money because of their gambling responsibility to me. Asked me questions to justify why i wantedy money. I had to threaten the Gambling Commission. Finally got my money back. I'm certain they are hoping people with less perseverance just give up.
