I paid $12,302.87 for a "63-79 DSE Deca-Link Rear Suspension (Single-Adjustable Shocks, 17 Spline Axle, 600hp Half shafts)." I have been in contact with ZIP since the end of December on when the delivery dates would be announced. The first part of Jan I was told two weeks, this continued until the end of February, when I was told it had been ls extended for another two weeks. At that time, it was suggested that I might want to request a refund. I don't want a refund; I want my parts. Stupidest system I've encountered. The selling agent isn't privy to the shipping and after collecting the money has to ask a third-party shipping information. Are you sure this isn't a government agency?

Sold me a part that they said was not the correct part for my car. Talked to another persion at zip and they said it is the right part. With this confusion I bought what I needed elsewhere, and now they want me to pay for the shipping to send it back. Bullsh*t
And just like the other reviews I will NEVER buy anything from these A holes again !

Horrible service. For the second time I have had to cancel my order. First delays for weeks and weeks. Now because of shipment issue. The representitive was in no way possible to understand simple things and flat out lied several times. I will not do business with this company ever again.....ever

Bought a 63-75 Lighter Housing and Retainer (Pt # D-1058) for my 1969 Corvette.  Tried to install it but it would not tighten up properly.  I called Zip-Corvette and was told the new production was for visual purposes only and would not perform or fit as a factory part.  I asked to return it and was told, I would have to pay for the return shipping.  I told the rep. the description did not state the part was defective and was told, it didn't matter.  Deceptive products are not covered by their guarantee and will NEVER buy from Zip-Corvette again.

Lot of parts, the thing is the shipping is incredibly high.
I had to cansel my orders twice becuse of to high shipping cost.
