I had an absolutely amazing experience with Zip to Zip Movers, specifically with Vakhtang, Goso, and Achi. From start to finish, they were professional, friendly, and incredibly thorough.

They arrived right on time, eager to get started, and immediately established great communication. Before doing anything, they created a clear plan and worked with me to designate what items were going to my new home and what was going into storage. They educated me on the proper packing materials needed for larger, delicate items like my floor-length mirror and 75-inch TV. They explained that while U-Haul’s TV kit was helpful, it didn’t offer the same level of protection as their professional-grade packing, which they could fully guarantee. I appreciated the time they took to ensure my TVs and other fragile items were safely and securely wrapped for both transportation and storage.

Throughout the entire move, they communicated every step, letting me know any price updates ahead of time—no surprises, no hidden fees. They were extremely transparent and professional. Vakhtang and his team worked swiftly and efficiently while still treating all my belongings with great care.

One of the standout moments was when there was a mix-up with my storage unit size. Despite the unexpected delay, they remained incredibly patient and supportive, never making me feel rushed or uncomfortable.

They packed the truck with precision, maximizing space, and moved everything quickly and carefully. Their friendly attitude and hard work made what could have been a stressful day feel smooth and stress-free.

I would absolutely recommend Vakhtang, Goso, and Achi to anyone looking for moving help. Their service was a 10/10, and I would not hesitate to use Zip to Zip Movers again because of them!

The Zip to Zip team did a great job moving my furniture today. They sent three gentlemen who worked well together, were well organized, and wrapped all furniture. Everything arrived in great shape. Upon arrival they placed everything where I wanted it to go and set up the bed etc.

It was also quite easy to arrange the day. Anna was very helpful. I used an online system to select the items to move and identify what needed extra care or special wrapping. This helped them quote an accurate price. You pay a bit more for the tape to wrap things day of, but pricing was spot on and there are no surprises.

I highly recommend them!

I moved into a new apartment in the same building and was researching labor help since I did not need a moving truck. Zip to Zip was very communicative from the time I booked the move all the way through the move itself. The staff was professional, polite, and thorough — not one piece of furniture or TV was broken or scratched. Highly recommend!
