Frustrating Website
I only have one problem but it may well deter me from further purchasing. I have always found the website difficult to navigate but my latest experience was the worst yet. In particular, checking out and paying were very frustrating. There was no explanation of the change to Spotify which I had no prior knowledge of. My preference is PayPal.

I don't usually have any problem with…
I don't usually have any problem with my order but was a bit disappointed as I was trying to order calm & relax dog tablets which I've purchased in the past but I couldn't find them and there was nothing say what had happened to them or even if they were just out of stock. I've managed to get the from Amazon.

Pity website changes weren't trialled with customers
Deliveries are always fast.
I don't know why what was a perfectly good website has been changed to something flashier but less functional! It might have been a good idea to test run the changes with customers BEFORE making the changes!

Trustworthy, reliable company. Good website, friendly and helpful staff on the phone lines. I would advise them to put the phone number on their packaging so we can ring if we need to. The supplements are great, and work well for me, and they do subscriptions to make everything easier. What's not to like?
