Will hold you hostage when service doesn't deliver

Really bad service in which promises are made to get you to sign a contract and then they hold you hostage with on refund when the service doesn't meet your needs. We have had all the following limited functionality and issues for a really expensive service, some of which were eluded to be available when signing the contract:
1. It all started off with losing on customers the first day we signed up due to errors porting over the number and being lied to that the account would be approved before the number was ported. Something I stressed was needed and was promised and then we lost our number and has some very angry customers that needed help. Cost us more in lost customers and support than the cost of a year of this service. I had to fight with the rep to fix it as fast as possible.
2. There is no csv upload functionality and limits to groups of 100 via a horrible excel sheet, limited to only 3 column types one of which is the phone number and two others first and last name and no tags which is something I was told was possible.
4. There is no way to auto-rely or tag messages with no response for the customer. such as a drip campaign - very basic feature.
5. There is no basic message search function - which is really unbelievable
6. We have lost service several times now and get 404 error messages.
7. The app constantly logs out
8. there is very limited third party integrations.

No we are fighting to get out the contract and they keep saying we will have to pay for the rest of year despite all these issues. Stay away.
