Zero comfort

Fake Promises, Fake Calls & Unfair Refund – My Zivame Experience

I had one of the worst online shopping experiences ever with Zivame.

I placed orders on 29 & 30 August.

Delivery dates kept shifting: 3 → 7 → 9 → 11 → 15 → then 20 & 22 September.

Since 8 September, I kept requesting cancellation and refund.

Customer executives either stayed mute on calls, or hung up after a few minutes. Every day they promised a “superior” would call me back — that call never came.

After 15+ days of harassment, they finally initiated a refund, but deducted unfair “convenience charges.” What convenience? I only faced stress and delays.

To make things worse, on 17 September I received a computerized call claiming they tried multiple times to deliver my order but I was “not available.” This is a complete lie — nobody ever contacted me.

All I got was harassment, lies, and unfair deductions. This is not just poor service, it is customer exploitation.

⚠️ My advice: Stay away from Zivame. Do not waste your money, time, or peace of mind here.

The worst service they do claim they a return policy but when you do return they don’t even mention you that your return is cancelled and when you talk to their customer support they don’t even know what to answer and don’t know how to solve this problem and they just cut the call

Awful experience

Awful experience, the company just ghosts, they don't communicate and leaves you feeling helpless. I bought a travel bag off them, and it broke within 1 use and they ghosted me. I am stuck with a $200 bill and nothing I can do about it. DONT SHOP HERE

Zivame is Running a Refund Scam – Beware!

Zivame is one of the worst online platforms I’ve ever dealt with. I returned my product on 10th March 2025, and it’s now been nearly 2 months — still no refund. I have emailed them multiple times, called their support number repeatedly — no response, no accountability, no resolution.

It feels like they are deliberately ignoring refund requests, hoping customers will give up. This is nothing short of a refund scam disguised as a fashion brand. They’re happy to take your money but completely disappear when it’s time to return it.

If you care about your money, do NOT shop at Zivame. Their customer service is non-existent, and their backend operations are shockingly poor. I’m already filing a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline and will be warning others on every platform possible.

Zivame, your unethical practices will eventually lead to your downfall. Start respecting your customers before it’s too late.

This site is a SCAM. Beware of Zivame

I placed an order for 3 padded bras on 29th July and they got delivered early which was a pleasant surprise to me. But immediately after I tried them on, I found that they aren't true to their size at all. So I wanted to return two of them and have been contacting Zivame for 3-4 days. But my order status is STILL NOT marked as delivered so I'm unable to place a return request. I've been requesting them repeatedly to place a return request on my behalf but they won't and they just tell me that they're having issues with the app. So I think I've lost my money cuz I don't think they're gonna let me return the products. I checked the order status today and it's still marked as shipped and that the products will be delivered by 10th August. This site is a SCAM and their customer service is PATHETIC. Please don't fall for this scammy website. I just need help, I never thought I would be scammed in such a pathetic way.

Zivame's customer service is a disgrace

Zivame's customer service is a disgrace. They not only kept my money and the product I returned but also refused to refund me for a cancelled item they never delivered. Despite countless emails and calls, they have shown zero accountability or effort to resolve the issue. This level of incompetence and disregard for customers' rights is appalling. Avoid Zivame at all costs unless you enjoy being robbed of your money.

Dont EVER buy from Zivame - Constant harassment and horrible customer service

I couldn't have had a worse experience with this company!
In total, I have placed 2 orders - the 1st one was a year ago and the 2nd one was done on Jun 23.
2 products from my order were not delivered. I never received any calls, messages, or emails regarding shipping, tracking and delivery. It was only after a few days that I wondered about the delivery status (usually takes at least a week to get delivered in my area). When I opened the app, I saw all products had been marked as delivered but 2 of them were never received by me.
I raised a case immediately and was asked to wait for 48-72 hours while their investigation happened. I have been following up periodically - either within the designated time period or sometimes I even contact within a day.
It has been A MONTH! Every follow-up gets the same response: "Please wait for 48 hours".
Their customer service is horrible and has resulted in a lot of harassment for me. I wish I had stuck to the other apps I order from. Any of those apps may have higher prices but their customer service is amazing!
This was my last order with Zivame. After a month of harassment, I have vocally shared my experience with every single female around me and asked them not to use the app. This experience couldn't have been worse.
Shame on you, Zivame!

If any of you Zivame employees end up reading this, I would like my refund for those 2 products. I am sure you can find the details in the numerous calls and messages I've made in the past 1 month. Order #726642499

Product not delivered and no Refund

I feel compelled to share my incredibly frustrating experience with Zivame. I placed an order with them a month back and have yet to receive my product. The complete lack of product delivery and their poor communication throughout this ordeal have left me extremely disappointed and dissatisfied.
Despite several follow ups via mail and calls, there has been no progress on my products worth 2k. They are not even willing to refund my money. This is clearly a fraud and customer cheat.
I strongly advise anyone considering making a purchase from them to think twice.
