currently problem is resolved but not confirm that problem is permanent resolved because the problem arrives in frequency of 50 out of 2 times.

I would recommend IT people to domain and server from this type of company because they are very good at technical support and very cooperative...24by7 they work for us to maintain the seamless support.

Off late I have been interacting with the folks at ZnetLive. While the queries ranged from buying a domain to iron out any issues in setting it up, to installation, to troubleshooting, so many queries and one person that I bumped into every time. Vikalp Sharma. This guy is a real star in this organization. Any question I had, he had a resolution for that. Never was a time during my interaction with him that he sounded rude, or bored or plain irritated. He patiently answered all my queries and waited for me whenever I had to perform steps to resolve a particular issue. Its rare to find people like him. Kudos to him and his effort!!

you cannot reply to more than 4-5 person at a time, suspended my hosting after replying to 6 emails, totally crap. never buy.

The service is overpriced and it's good for nothing. The dedicated server is totally garbage, and so does the support team. During migration they deleted all the data. No live support, you've to mail them and they reply after 5 hours. & No 24/7 support.

The customer support is lame & unprofessional, the live support team doesn't know anything. For every question asked they have the same answer contact our billing team, sales team, support team by email. I wanted to transfer my domain name to different provider but they have locked it, they just wanted to hold you in their so-called terrible ecosystem by making you pay more and more for cheap services and support.

I have a great experience working with them. Team is experience and have a quick response rate. Value for money.
