I just love their eye liners
I just love their eye liners, the mascaras I tried are too heavy for my lashes, the mascara made my lashes droop, even after curling. Another thing I didn’t like was the fact that Zoeva makes you spend $100.00 in order to get free shipping, if not, their shipping cost is $40.00.

POUT PERFECT LIP & CHEEK PENCIL
I bought the Pout Perfect Lip &Cheek pencil in the shade of 'Grace' but was very disappointed with the shade when it arrived. I saw the advert on Social Media and have bought items from Zoeva previously, which I've been very happy with; however, when this lip pencil arrived I eagerly tried it but it didn't look anything like 'Grace' - it was much more of a vibrant pink, which I didn't want. Unfortunately, because I had tried it (you basically have to if you want to see what it's like!) I was not able to return it. Money down the drain as I will never use it.
UPDATE: AFTER POSTING MY REVIEW I RECEIVED A REPLY FROM ZOEVA APOLOGISING FOR MY DISAPPOINTMENT AT THE SHADE AND OFFERING ME A VOUCHER FOR THE FULL AMOUNT SPENT ON THE LIP PENCIL, WHICH I ACCEPTED GRATEFULLY AND I'VE JUST PURCHASED ANOTHER OF THEIR FABULOUS EYELINER PENCILS. THANK YOU ZOEVA - I'M IMPRESSED WITH YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HAD ORIGINALLY GIVEN A 1* REVIEW BUT HAVE SINCE UPDATED IT BECAUSE OF THE PROMPT AND IMPRESSIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE

The Customer service acted promptly to my review, and offered a fair solution. Then they got in touch with me about a delay in the new order and solved that for me as well. I do like the colours of ZOEVA make up, the lipstick is nice, the eye liner could be a little more long lasting but overall I am happy now.
