This company is getting worst day by…

This company is getting worst day by day, these days they charge you even more in terms of platform fees from ₹10 to ₹14.90. and they say they provide free delivery till 9kms and suddenly the restaurants which was in that perimeter changes to 9.1 kms. They are proper scam. As i am far away from home and my family sometimes need the food to be ordered due to personal situation I use this once I am back the first I will happily without regret i will uninstall this useless app. The company ceos doesn't understand how a business runs and to make money so they use all the cheap tricks to make more money. Proper idiots.

Worst ever

Worst ever. You leave delivery instructions. Delivery partners are not trained to read them before calling. And the ratings are fake. The food we get is nowhere near the rating. Is this a massive fraud? And 'eternal' at that?

Extremely poor experience with Zomato

Extremely poor experience with Zomato. I received spoiled food (Sev Batata worth ₹256) with a bad smell and shared proof with the support team.

Despite this, I was only offered a ₹60 promo code. I am not asking for a full refund just ₹196 for the spoiled portion. This is completely unfair.

Also, customer support behavior was disappointing and not respectful.

If Zomato cannot ensure food quality or fair resolution, it loses customer trust. Very disappointing.

This guys are big scammers for online food order if I dint like the food if I canceled my order they not even refund and if some items are missed for that all so they'll not take responsibility if compering to Swiggy is for better in customer service

5/04/2026 I ordered combo pack and fried Chicken from chicking restaurant in zomato app
But in combo pack 2 burger not come
Then I call resturant they ignore
Than I call your help line
They also ignore and between conversation 'MS AMRITA' cut my call
She can't accept my complain
They gave me 250 to console me.
I attached all photos proof

Delayed orders. No accountability. Rider keeps changing

Delayed orders. No accountability. Rider keeps changing. The AI is automated , not to forward queries to executives. After 30 mins of trying a human comes online and requests another 20 mins for delivery.
An order that was to be delivered in 20 mins is now 1 hour 20 mins.
They have become like Uber, the riders now call and ask if the order is COD or prepaid. Zomato is dying

This a fraud company

This a fraud company, they take money and cancel the order keep our money for few days to make interest on it, we have to follow up for refund and they ignore and respond rude, no can question them
the restaurant also face same harassment for their payment

No customer service by Zomato

I ordered tikki and wat I got pls check highly unprofessional even street vendor deliver better than this, highly unprofessional way of delivery. Highly disappointed I throw all the chaat and tikki plate.
Do not order online if you do not want to waste your money.
They put all things in one box and send so think before order they don't know how to pack. And because of bot you will not get any support from zomato also. I shared photo to them so they said they want video otherwise they can't give any resolution.
But atleast it will not happen with anyone I will share this everywhere.

Zomato was a fraud food service was horrible i ordered food but I got stale food and try to complaint this to customer service but they didn't givee any response and after two day I got an email we are unable to do any thing 😭😭😞 I felt very sad I asked for refund money plz i request don't place an order with this app they fraud they took your money and don't give you good servise I must say the ceo of this company also not take a compliant seriously

Highly pathetic customer service and care. Bunch of idiots are running this company and will go down soon if they don't improve customer service. If they cannot honour they delivery time commitment or resolution I think it's already at dooms stage

Absolutely pathetic service

Absolutely pathetic service. Ordered food, and it never arrived. Customer support was unhelpful, robotic, and refused to provide a refund despite me sharing proof. Essentially, they took my money and didn't provide the food. Do not trust them with your money! Zero stars if I could.
