Aria di truffa: merce ordinata,pagata e mai ricevuta

Ho ordinato 3 cartoni di palline Wilson il primo giorno di Novembre, e dopo 40 giorni mi rispondono via mail e vi instagram temporeggiando e dicendomi sempre che il corriere ha ritirato la merce da loro, e probabilmente l'ha persa. In realtà il servizio clienti del corriere sostiene di non aver mai ricevuto la merce per poterla inviare. In ogni caso, non hanno fatto rimborso, nè dato la possibilità di scegliere qualche altro prodotto per recuperare il credito speso. Esperienza pessima, mai successo su nessun altro sito. State lontani da questo negozio per evitare esperienze simili.
(semmai dovesse arrivare la merce, rettificherò la recensione, ma viste le risposte del servizio clienti, credo di esser stato semplicemente truffato)
